(This is the Independent Election Spending #'s)

South Carolina

Anti- Romney $3M
Anti Gingrich $2.5M
Pro Romney $550K
Pro Santorum $765K
Anti Santorum $305K
Pro Paul $315K

Compare this to Florida

Anti Gingrich $9.9M
Pro Gingrich $3.9M
Pro Romney $525K
Anti Santorum $300K
Pro Santorum $225K
Pro Paul $1k

Once the Presidential General Election Campaign begins the Super Pac Money will be on equal playing field.... but during the Primaries you really see the disparity.

Personally, I think it's a scary road we have gone down..... and the influence of money and power is at an all time high in politics.

I watched Romney on C-Span speaking in front of a Republican Hispanic Group.... didn't see the entire speech, but he said a lot of things that made sense.

Santorum followed... he opened up with his Granfathers hands representing Freedom. What I like about him is that he has some humility. He represents opportunity... a person that didn't not grow up with the advantages of Romney, and it shows in the way he interacts with voters.

After it is all said and done, I really don't think you beat the money. And the money and the Republican Machine is behind Romney.pjmnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22117033.post-73354472992514021282012-01-27T15:14:01.782-08:002012-01-27T15:14:01.782-08:00Stogie,
Totally with you on this one.
I actually ...Stogie,
Totally with you on this one.

I actually think that Gingrich may be more electable than Santorum.Always On Watchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08192688822955022541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22117033.post-32755507083290872692012-01-27T11:54:39.448-08:002012-01-27T11:54:39.448-08:00Couldn't agree more. Mittens' history of ...Couldn't agree more. Mittens' history of vicious attacks - remember, he "started it" in Iowa when Newt was manifestly trying to stay on the high road - makes him look desperate to BE President, rather than wanting to DO something AS President. #1 on the to-do list is killing national socialized medicine once and for all. Somehow, Mittens doesn't seem quite right to get that one done.

d(^_^)b
http://libertyatstake.blogspot.com/
“Because the Only Good Progressive is a Failed Progressive”LibertyAtStakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02352456337421726385noreply@blogger.com
