Many a military mission has been mounted to find and transport the remains of our fallen soldiers back to U.S. soil. Fallen Confederate soldiers are also part of our national history and national fabric. They have received their own hallowed plot of ground at Arlington National Cemetery. Do we need to dig up their remains?<br />There seems to be a mass cultural psychosis in progress which seeks to erase a portion of our nation's history. Minus our shared history and collective memories, we cease to be a nation.<br />Fort Worth, Texas has an excellent Civil War museum. Does it need to be closed? It contains a large and beautiful display of Civil War flags, some donated by the Daughters of the American revolution.
