I agree that the Republican Party isn't nearly conservative enough; they go along with the Dems too often because they are afraid of being called "racists" and because the Republican Establishment is really not very conservative philosophically. They all want power and too many are willing to sell their souls to get it.Stogie Chomperhttp://saberpoint.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22117033.post-19655251494371630402012-09-06T23:10:20.967-07:002012-09-06T23:10:20.967-07:00It is more like losers-take-all which is why we ar...It is more like losers-take-all which is why we are in this mess to begin with. The illegals coming into the country taking everything & BOTH parties allowing it. Those on welfare, food stamps, section 8 housing. These programs were hot around 40 yrs ago & this is what has changed. The Democrats know they can just keep allowing the losers into the country with no concern. The Repubs don't do a damn thing about it either. An amazing thing would be a party saying we are going to start taking care of Americans first. Shut the damn borders. Then start telling Americans they are going to work & strip the right to vote from ANYONE getting government assistance. You get off it, then you can vote, but you will pay back through an mandatory garnishment from your paycheck. You get two years on the system, that's it! You have another kid while you are on the system, you should be out.Menoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22117033.post-69759838090677673862012-09-05T20:39:40.004-07:002012-09-05T20:39:40.004-07:00I understand the feeling Larry.I understand the feeling Larry.Stogie Chomperhttp://saberpoint.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22117033.post-86957280420294693602012-09-05T20:28:20.327-07:002012-09-05T20:28:20.327-07:00I haven't bothered or dared to watch the DNC. ...I haven't bothered or dared to watch the DNC. Tonight was church night and I was otherwise occupied last night. I seriously doubt I will watch Obama's speech tomorrow night, as I know what he is going to say. Blah, blah, blah, I need another four years. Etc., etc., etc. Since there is not a chance I will be agreeing with him, I'll keep my blood pressure low and steady by not watching him tell us what is good for us.LD Jacksonhttp://www.ldjackson.net/noreply@blogger.com
