Herman Cain is being seen as a serious candidate for the Republican nomination. For that reason, he has become a target of the Democrat smear merchants. The idea behind these "politics of personal destruction" is to plant seeds of doubt in voters' minds, to tarnish a candidate's otherwise sterling reputation. It is very dirty pool, but it's the way the Democrats roll. They are completely ruthless in their quest for power.
I do not believe that Herman Cain "sexually harrassed" anyone, but what if he did?
I could care less if he played grab-ass with the whole steno pool. I'm voting for the man anyway.
It appears the slander was started by Politico, a left wing website pretending to be an objective news source. I had their number many months ago. See here and here.

Waiting for the Trick or Treaters
The kids had better hurry, I'm on my second package of everlasting gobstoppers.
Acrimonious Arab Threatens Stogie
Some acerbic Arab has been sending me highly incendiary email, calling me names and otherwise threatening me, for posting a graphic about "Arab Spring Soap." The graphic is pretty tame stuff but obviously Raghed Kameljokkie has a low boiling point. The subject of his email was "Hey There Bigot."
The "Arab Spring" specifically refers to the Islamic fundamentalist revolutions taking place in Egypt, Libya, Syria and other Muslim countries. The graphic I created clearly shows these Obama-celebrated revolutions for what they are, Islamic movements that will result in governments that are more anti-American, anti-Israel and pro-terrorist. They aren't "spring time" for tolerance, peace or pluralism, that's for sure, and we have no business supporting them. The revolutionaries are not our friends, and I have been proven right about the Arab Spring movement. The flag of Al-Qaeda now flies over Benghazi.
So I have no apologies to make, my criticism of the "Arab Spring" was and is an accurate depiction. Obama was very wrong to have supported it, and so were some really dumb Republicans and alleged conservatives.
I did a google search and found out that Mr. Kameljokkie writes for the leftist rag Huffington Post. I also traced his email to Apple Computer in Washington, D.C.
Then I did a search for his address and phone number and found them easily. I wonder what his employer would think if they knew their employee was using the company computers and systems to harrass and cyberstalk me?
I emailed him his address, phone number and place of employment, and that may discourage him from further attacks. We'll see.
Update: Mr. Kameljokkie has apologized and now suggests that we be friends. Okay by me.

Socialist Fantasies: If You Need Something, Destroy Its Source
Socialism is a philosophy by which all prosperity and economic activity is stamped out like a fire on the living room rug. Socialists find items needed by the masses, then destroy the means of production so that those items are no longer produced.
For example:
An economy needs financing, so socialists hate banks.
An economy needs goods and services and jobs, so socialists hate corporations.
An economy needs investors, so socialists hate rich people.
An economy needs energy, so socialists hate oil drilling, oil refineries, nuclear power plants and coal.
Socialists are people who instinctively seek out what is good for prosperity, happiness and human freedom and then try their best to destroy it. Socialism is a form of backward thinking, wherein up is down and left is right. Hey, socialism is a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
Here are some suggestions for socialists on how to do their job even better:

- Need milk? Kill all the cows.
- Need apples? Chop down all the apple trees.
- Need jobs? Kill all the employers.
- Need guitars? Destroy Gibson Guitar company.
- Need crops for food? Hang all the farmers.
- Need shelter from the storm? Burn down the house.
- Need medical care? Destroy all the doctors.
Hey, this is kind of fun. Perhaps you can think of things to add to the list.
Somehow, if you destroy the means and the motives for production, Socialists believe great prosperity will result. Lenin tried this back in the 1920's; the result was mass starvation. But what the hell, let's do it all again!
Socialism vs Capitalism: Two Real Life Illustrations
This satellite photograph of North and South Korea at night is very instructive. It shows what socialism produces compared to what capitalism produces. Socialism produces poverty, backwardness, starvation and oppression; capitalism produces prosperity, wealth and freedom.
I really have to laugh at the fools in the Occupy Wall Street movement. The first snows are arriving and the temperatures are dropping, and the something-for-nothing crowd is freezing out in the open air.
Enjoy the privation and suffering, hippies. You are experiencing first hand the fruits of socialism: misery and want.

Steve Jobs's Final Words
Mona Simpson, sister of Steve Jobs, described his final words at the point of death:
“Before embarking, he’d looked at his sister Patty, then for a long time at his children, then at his life’s partner, Laurene, and then over their shoulders past them,” she recalled. “Steve’s final words were, Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow.”The question in my mind is: what did Steve see that prompted these words?
What Leftists Do: "Occupy Wall Street" Is the Same Old Scam
Lawrence Auster, who has a talent for describing situations with exactitude, describes the "Occupy Wall Street" movement as the same-old leftist nonsense:
Perhaps the best way to understand Occupy Wall Street is simply that it is a typical leftist manifestation. These are leftists doing—with variations—what leftists always do. And the support that the Democratic establishment are giving the Occupy movement is also what leftists always do. And the media’s hyping of the Occupy movement, trying to make us believe that this is the emergent direction of America and that it represents the cutting edge of a revolutionary transformation of society, is also what leftists always do. And the efforts by some commentators to convince us that this is not the familiar left but a new political phenomenon joining left and right in a way that’s never happened before, is also what leftists always do. And the fragmentation among the protesters, and between the protesters and the leftist establishment, leading to disarray and disillusionment and ultimately the demise of this cause until the next leftist cause comes along giving the left yet another vehicle with which to damage society, is also what leftists always do. There is nothing new here.See discussion here.

The World Eight Years After Obama: How the Economy Will Work
The Economy After Eight Years of Obama |
The economy has been likened to a pie. I am now likening it to a pot of soup, made by hobos out by the railroad tracks, another five years from now, near the end of Obama's second term as President. The hobos used to be bankers but that just doesn't pay much anymore.
Each hobo brings something to create the soup: a piece of ham, an onion, a potato, etc. But how to divide the soup, that is the question.
The hobo who puts in a piece of ham insists his contribution is more valuable than the others, and so demands two cups of soup or he will take his ham and skedaddle. The others agree, as soup without any meat isn't so great. Three others bring an onion, a potato, and a tomato. They each get one cup of soup. The remaining two hobos bring minor ingredients: some celery and some salt and pepper. They each get only a half cup of soup, since they didn't contribute that much.
See the pattern here? In the simplified economy after eight years of Obama, certain economic realities will still hold sway. Number one is that you get back in proportion to what you produce. If you want more you must produce more. The economy is one big exchange of goods and services; those who bring only their appetites to the table
Now the soup is ready to serve, but a group of radical hobos sweep down from another camp, swipe all the soup and eat it themselves, shouting "hobos before profits!"
These robber-hobos represent a second economic reality: there will always be bums who think they are entitled to take what you produce.
THE END
"People Before Profits": Why That Slogan Is Pure Idiocy
Bakers are really greedy people. Although they are only .00234% of the population, they control 54% of the pies. This just isn't fair. Or is it?
Let's see -- the bakers buy the flour, the fruit, the sugar, the pans and also pay for the electricity to bake the pies. Then there's rent on the bake shop, a business license, utilities, insurance, office supplies, etc, etc. Let's say it costs the baker $5.00 to make each pie. In order to pay himself, he needs to sell each pie for more than $5.00. The excess amount over the $5.00 in costs is called profit.
Profit is not a dirty word, it is a necessary part of the economy. Without profit, the businessman cannot pay himself. If he can't pay himself, they foreclose his mortgage, turn off his lights and water, repossess his car and he has to go on food stamps. It ain't pretty. However, profits allow him to be self supporting, to pay his mortgage, utilities, car payments, insurance, food, health care, education and entertainment. In other words, his profits not only support him and his family, they also allow many others in the economy to stay employed as well.
So if each pie costs the baker $5.00 to make, he may need to sell each one for $6.50 (as an example) in order to recover his costs and make a profit. There would be no point in selling each pie for what it cost, because then the baker would be working for nothing.
So when someone says that businesses should provide goods and services for free to put "people before profits," you are dealing with an idiot. Profits are absolutely necessary or people suffer economic want and poverty. "People Before Profits" is a rationalization for theft, a form of slavery for the working man, who must work to provide others with goods they haven't paid for.
"People Before Profits" cannot work, because no working person or business or rich guy can continue to produce goods and services without profits. When there are no profits, the business shuts down when the cash is all spent. Then that baker above closes his shop and there are no more pies for anyone, including those who are willing to pay for them.
The moral to this story is that if you want to live in a society of increasing scarcity and poverty, become a liberal and say really dumb things like "People Before Profits."

Texas Loses World Series
Last year when my favorite team, the San Francisco Giants, played Texas in the World Series, I was somewhat torn. Texas is the birthplace home of my parents and grandparents and many of my relatives still live there. I wrote at the time that if Texas were playing anyone else, I would be rooting for Texas.
Texas gave me that chance by going back to the World Series again this year, this time to play the St. Louis Cardinals. The teams were very evenly matched and the series went the full seven games. Texas's lack of pitching doomed it in Game 6, an 11 inning affair where the lead changed from inning to inning until the Cards finally scored a home run in the bottom of the 11th to win the game.
Twice in Game 6, Texas was only one strike away from winning the series, but they couldn't get it done. I knew then that they would lose the series. A really hard-fought, close game like Game 6 takes a lot out of a team, both physically and emotionally. Texas lost game 7 by a score of 6-2, missing its chance to win its first World Series ever.

Dismissing Herman Cain

Herman Cain |
While I’m sure there’s a lot of historical evidence to back up their lack-of-money-and-staff argument, I don’t think they understand the mood of the average American today. They are victims of what I call the Paradigm Restriction.
Metaphorically speaking, we are all restricted by our unique mental paradigms. It’s difficult to comprehend ideas and circumstances we are not accustomed to hearing and seeing within the invisible parameters that surround our lives.
Thus, one of the causes of our differing perceptions of reality is that we all start from our own set of assumptions. To break through one’s Paradigm Restriction requires a willingness to let go of comfortable, long-held beliefs and look at the world the way it is today rather than the way it was ten or twenty or thirty years ago.
The idea that Herman Cain can’t win because of his lack of financial support is based on a pre-Tea Party view of the world. People are angry, and the more they are told that someone like Herman Cain can’t win because of a lack of funds and/or staff, the more determined they are to prove the pundits wrong.
In addition, Cain doesn’t need much money for advertising, because with nonstop debates on the horizon, he will get more and better exposure than ads could ever buy him. And that exposure showcases him as the least uptight, most pleasant candidate, traits that are only magnified by the nasty behavior of guys like Mitt Romney, Rick Perry, and Rick Santorum.
Given that Ron Paul is the only candidate who is a 100 percent pure libertarian-centered conservative, Cain can afford to stumble now and then. After all, the others stumble repeatedly because they lack purity in their words and actions.
All this by way of saying you should not be surprised if Cain wins by a wide margin in Iowa. And don’t be shocked if he comes close to winning in New Hampshire. Finally, unless Rick Perry gets much better very quickly, Cain could very well win in South Carolina.
Herman Cain may not be ideologically perfect, but, contrary to what we’re hearing from the pundits, he can win the nomination. And if he does, pundits are wrong in thinking he can’t beat Barack Obama. Just think of the contrast between the two:
Nasty and hateful (Obama) vs pleasant and likeable (Cain).
Hard-core Marxist (Obama) vs hard-core capitalist (Cain).
No experience in the private sector and creating jobs (Obama) vs tremendous success in the private sector and creating jobs (Cain).
Focus on raising taxes (Obama) vs a focus on lowering taxes (Cain).
Elitist background financed by public and private handouts (Obama) vs pulling himself up by his bootstraps from humble beginnings (Cain).
Above all, how in the world would the worst racist ever to set foot in the Oval Office handle a real black person in head-to-head debates? It would be fun to watch the Master of Malevolence squirm while trying to figure out how to cope with a black conservative. Obama’s beloved race card would be off the table!
We can hope for a surprise Ron Paul victory, but if we can’t get that, don’t count out the man whom the establishment is so certain cannot win. A victory for Herman Cain would throw all the old rules out the window — and into the trash bin of political history.

Revulsion for Homosexuality: Learned or Inherent Behavior?
I used to think that tolerating homosexuality made me pretty broad-minded. By tolerance I mean not being hateful to gays, or unkind, or trying to get them fired from their jobs, or making them social outcasts. My position was this: I am in favor of tolerance of gays, as long as I don't have to watch gay behavior or think about it. To each his own, live and let live.
However, militant gays find my position unacceptable. Tolerance is no longer good enough. They want homosexuality to be viewed as normal and as natural as heterosexuality; they want full social and cultural acceptance. They want a guy marrying another guy to be as unremarkable as a guy marrying a blonde or a redhead. Is this even possible?
I suppose the real question is this: is heterosexual revulsion to homosexuality learned or inherent behavior? Is it even possible for militant gays to achieve their goal of complete and unreserved acceptance of their lifestyle?
I googled this question on the web and found little to support either position. If anyone knows of any studies along these lines, please so inform me. Whatever the truth is, let it be revealed.

Militant Gay Scolds Stogie for Lack of Enthusiasm for Lifestyle
Whenever you discuss homosexuality and its effects on society, you will draw intense hatred from (1) those who hate gays and want everyone else to hate them too, and (2) militant gays who demand complete acceptance and celebration of their lifestyle. I am somewhere in the middle, drawing ire from both of these extremes. While recognizing that many worthwhile human beings are gay and should not be persecuted for it, I also recognize that gayness is not a desirable condition, and that most heterosexuals find overtly gay behavior disgusting and unnatural. Therefore, films like "Brokeback Mountain" will be not be seen by a majority of the movie-going public...me included.
A few months ago I dissected Jim Carrey's homosexual film, "I Love You Philip Morris." As a straight man, I found the film disgusting and said so. Even more disgusting was that the film was packaged and marketed as a comedy, which it clearly was not.
Today I have an "anonymous" (aren't they always) gay reader take me to task for my attitude. His comment and my reply can be read at this link.

Peace-Prize Prez Bags Another Head for His Den: Gaddafi Killed In Libya
Muammar Gaddafi was killed by Libyan rebels today. It is doubtful that he would be dead if Barack Obama had not authorized US military support to the Libyan rebels. So the colorful and eccentric former leader of Libya cashed in his chips when rebels overran his hometown and shot him as he tried to flee.
I generally feel gleeful when a Muslim leader bites the dust, but I don't this time. Gaddafi once was an enemy of the United States, but moderated his enmity in the past few years, especially after we overthrew Saddam Hussein. He had largely ceased to promote and export terrorism. Although I wouldn't consider him an ally of the US, I didn't see him as a dangerous enemy either.
Now the colorful old eccentric is dead, and strident Muslim fanatics will take his place -- and unlike Gaddafi, they will be dedicated enemies of the US. Why did Obama support these fanatics? How are we better off now? What was Obama thinking?

Arrest Record of the "Occupy Wall Street" Mobs (by Lloyd Marcus)
Liberals and some of their friends in the news media keep advancing the false narrative that the "Occupy Wall Street" mobs have been peaceful. However, an investigation by The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama reveals something different. According to our investigation, more than 1,500 people have already been for arrested for charges including assaulting police officers, disorderly contact, trespassing and more. Here's a rundown of the arrests we've thus far been able to document, by date: September 18 – New York, NY: 2 Arrests September 19 – New York, NY: 5 Arrests September 24 – New York, NY: 80 Arrests October 1 – New York, NY: 700 Arrests October 5- St. Louis, MO: 10 Arrests October 6 – Los Angeles, CA: 11 Arrests October 6 – San Francisco, CA: 1 Arrest October 6 – Santa Barbara, CA: 9 Arrests October 7 – Sacramento, CA: 19 Arrests October 8 – Des Moines, IA: 32 Arrests October 11 – Boston, MA: 140 Arrests October 11 – Washington, D.C.: 6 Arrests October 11 – Chicago, IL: 21 Arrests October 12 – Houston, TX: 8 Arrests October 12 – San Francisco, CA: 11 Arrests October 13 – Austin, TX: 4 Arrests October 13 – Seattle, WA: 10 Arrests October 13 – Portland, OR: 8 Arrests October 13 – Gainesville, FL: 4 Arrests October 14 – New York, NY: 14 Arrests October 14 – Seattle, WA: 1 Arrests October 14 – Denver, CO: 24 Arrests October 14 – San Diego, CA: 1 Arrest October 15 – New York, NY: 92 Arrests October 15 – Minneapolis, MN: 1 Arrest October 15 – Raleigh, NC: 15 Arrests October 15 – Tucson, AZ: 53 Arrests October 15 – Phoenix, AZ: 46 Arrests October 16 – Chicago, IL: 175 Arrests October 16 – Washington, D.C.: 19 Arrests October 16 – Phoenix, AZ: 3 Arrests What is particularly interesting about these arrests is that they are actually understated. You see, liberal city officials across the country have allowed protesters to engage in unlawful behavior that if YOU were to engage in, you'd be arrested for. However, these Democrat officials have allowed protesters to break the law, and have instructed law enforcement to engage in these illegal acts without consequence. This is in stark contrast to rallies held by the Tea Party movement where protests were peaceful and where participants thanked law enforcement officials and cleaned up after themselves. It's time to call these protest mobs for what they are: unruly mobs laced with socialists and communists who are intent on attacking the American principles of free markets and capitalism. Please help us get the truth out to the American people showing what these mobs are really about, and the shameful actions of Democrat Leaders, including Barack Obama, to help promote them. We here at The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama are preparing a national TV ad campaign exposing these mobs for what they are, and the fact that Democrat political leaders are shamefully providing them cover. We've raised enough money to produce these TV ads (which are nearly compete), but now need to raise money to purchase the airtime for these ads to be seen. Please help us purchase TV ad time for this effort by making a contribution - HERE With your support we will expose the "Occupy Wall Street" mobs for exactly what they are: an effort to shove socialism down our throat here in America. You can make a contribution online - HERE. CONTRIBUTE HERE: https://secure.donationsafe.com/dbo If you prefer you can also mail in a contribution to our headquarters: Campaign To Defeat ObamaP.O. Brit Nile Gardiner of the UK Telegraph Knows a Train Wreck When He Sees One: the Impressive Failure of the Obama Presidency
Ah, it's good to know there are Brits out there with brains. Nile Gardiner of the UK Telegraph has a neat and accurate summary of Obama's presidency in this article: Barack Obama's Disastrous First 1,000 Days.
Yes, Gardiner knows a train wreck when he sees one. He writes:
Yes, Gardiner knows a train wreck when he sees one. He writes:
Since taking office in January 2009, President Obama has ushered in a period of relentless economic decline for the United States. His administration has added $4.2 trillion to the national debt (now standing at $14.9 trillion), lost 2.2 million jobs, introduced a vastly expensive health-care albatross, and spent nearly $800 billion on a failed stimulus package. At the same time, house prices across the country have tumbled at an unprecedented rate, consumer confidence has plummeted, and millions more Americans are now dependent upon food stamps. International confidence in the US economy has fallen to its lowest levels in decades, with credit agency Standard and Poor’s downgrading of America’s AAA credit rating for the first time in 70 years in August this year.Well, yes, all that is true, but it might possibly be reversed:
As Barack Obama approaches the remaining 14 months of his presidency, there is a distinct air of US decline. It is of course a state of decline that can be reversed with the right policies and leadership in place. There is nothing inevitable about the demise of the United States, but its renewal must rest upon a dramatic reversal of the most Left-wing agenda of any American presidency since 1979.Read the whole article here. It's worth your time, though it won't tell you much that you didn't already know. Barack Obama is exactly what we said he would be, before he was elected and before he took office: a naive, rigidly ideological leftist with no leadership experience whose sophomoric leftwing policies would destroy both prosperity and freedom. It wasn't a difficult prediction to make: these disastrous socialist policies have been tried many times before, always with the same terrible result.

Commie Slugs Infest Denver
For news and pictures of the socialist slugs now infesting Denver, see El Marco's post at Looking at the Left: Neo-Cannibals, Deadbeats, Dopers and Democrats Occupy Denver.
Funny, every new generation has its share of collectivists who want to repeat the catastrophic mistakes of the past. Communism in the 20th century resulted in mass starvation, huge concentration camps of political prisoners, mass executions and virtual slavery for workers. 100 million people died under this tyranny. In spite of this, there will always be a fresh crop of stooges who get the bright idea that "sharing" the wealth is a good idea. However, if these morons bothered to read some history, they would learn that collectivism produces only grinding poverty, no opportunity and no hope.
We are in a terrible economic situation now, and we will just have to weather it until Obama can be voted out of office. As long as that Marxist stooge sits in the Oval Office, any chance for economic improvement is nil.

Let's Hear It For the Mob
In Ann Coulter's latest book, "Demonic," she describes the psychology of mobs. Mobs are a destructive force that is fueled by hate to do destructive things; mobs are a conglomeration of individuals who become anonymous in the mob, shielded by sheer numbers from personal accountability. Mobs take on a psychology of their own, the group-think fanaticism of the crowd. Mobs break things, destroy property and sometimes kill people.
Think of the nihilistic mob of the French Revolution, one of the most extreme examples in history, when much of the population beheaded thousands of fellow citizens based on rumor, suspicion or for no reason at all. That mob was fueled by a psychotic rage and blood lust, and many innocents paid the price. Coulter points out more modern mobs who have reeked chaos and destruction on people and things: Maoist gangs looting villages and impaling babies in China; the 1992 Los Angeles riots that left 50 dead and one billion dollars in damage; the radical riot at the 1968 Democratic National Convention; the masked thugs smashing up Seattle when bankers met there; left wing protestors smashing windows and burning cars at the Republican National Convention. Mobs are generally a hateful thing.
Now we have the leftwing mobs of the "Occupy Wall Street" movement, reminiscent of the Bolshevik upheavals in Russia circa 1917. Except that many of these misguided kids are right to think that their futures consist of less opportunity for accomplishment....but that is only if they continue to vote for radicals like Obama and the Democrats, as well as various RINOs in the Republican Party.
When a major political party is anti-business and includes in its philosophy the need for "de-development" of the United States (see Democrat plan to make you suffer here), then you will have no opportunity to advance. De-development means shifting American industry to third world nations so they can "catch up" economically, transferring millions of American jobs to foreign countries in an act of the most extreme "wealth redistribution." And when those jobs go overseas (as many already have), young people just out of college can expect fewer opportunities to advance in the economy.
Also, when a major political party does all it can to raise the prices of energy (think gasoline) then that policy makes almost everything more expensive, as the costs of operating farm machinery, industrial production and shipping (think trucks) must be passed along in the prices of products and services. The result is, again, more poverty and less opportunity for Americans.
So the young schmucks protesting in cities across the western world are doing their best to make things even worse, by finishing off the financial sectors already badly damaged by a leftist-caused recession (think subprime mortgages and the housing bubble). The first thing these young hopefuls can do to improve their lot is to pull their heads out of their asses. Then they can organize to remove every socialist, communist and radical environmentalist from the ranks of Congress, the major media, and from the faculties of every American university.
Want a good future? Then remove these obstacles first. Embrace and defend capitalism; it is the only sure path to economic progress and prosperity.

The Job-Killing Obama Democrats and the "Occupy Wall Street" Protestors
There was an excellent editorial in the Wall Street Journal yesterday (hat tip View From the Right). It's called What's Occupying Wall Street, and posits that the protestors have a point, but the wrong target. The WSJ writes:
The problem for the have-nots of society is not that the haves took away their fair share of the goodies, but that the have-nots didn't earn a fair share in the first place. If they want a job and the opportunity to advance in society, they need to get their heads out of their nether regions and accept the immutable truth: the government destroyed the economy, not the private sector. To make things better and to heal our sick economy, the first thing you can do is to vote Obama and the Democrats out of office in 2012. As the Journal puts it:
In the matter of Occupy Wall Street, the allegedly anticapitalist movement that's been camped out in lower Manhattan for the past few weeks and has inspired copycat protests from Boston to Los Angeles, we have some sympathy. Really? Well, yeah. The article then goes on to describe the massive job loss in the financial services sector and how more layoffs there are expected, and how the economy was ruined, not by Wall Street, but by the federal government:
OK, not for the half-naked demonstrators, the ranting anti-Semites, Kanye West or anyone else who has helped make Occupy Wall Street a target for easy ridicule. But to the extent that the mainly young demonstrators have a valid complaint, it's that they are trying to bust their way into an economy where there is one job for every five job-seekers, and where youth unemployment runs north of 18%. That is a cause for frustration, if not outrage.
The question is, outrage at whom?
...if anyone in the Occupy Wall Street movement wants an intellectually honest explanation for why they can't find a job, they might start by considering what happens to an economy when the White House decides to make pinatas out of the financial-services industry (roughly 6%, or $828 billion, of U.S. GDP), the energy industry (about 7.5% of GDP, or $1 trillion), and millionaires and billionaires (who paid 20.4% of all federal income taxes in 2009). And don't forget the Administration's rhetorical volleys against individual companies like Anthem Blue Cross, AIG and Bank of America, or against Chrysler's bondholders, or various other alleged malefactors of wealth. That's right, hippie and commie morons. If you want to continue your parasitical existence, i.e. taking more out of the economy than you put into it, you need to keep your host healthy. Human mosquitoes [i.e. you] can be tolerated when they suck only a few drops of blood out of the host, but when the drops of blood become buckets, the host dies. When the host dies, the parasites die with it.
Three years into the current Administration, most Americans are getting wise to the source of their economic woes. It's a couple hundred miles south of Wall Street.Read the article here.

I want your stuff, your money, your cars, your houses, your Fender Stratocaster, everything you worked for after years of study, deferred gratification, saving and investing, and honing your work skills. Give it to me now.
We are protesting the banks and Wall Street because they refuse to turn over the loot.
The reason you capitalists won't give my lazy, pot-smoking, worthless ass your stuff is because YOU'RE GREEDY.

Tea Party Crowds vs Occupy Wall Street Crowds; Photo & Facts
Let's face it, the "Occupy Wall Street" protestors are scum-sucking socialist slugs who want a free ride through life, free goodies that were stolen from their rightful owners, and a complete absence of any personal accountability for their failed lives.

Texas Man, Wrongly Convicted of Murder, Exonerated After 23 Years In Prison
Some prosecutors need to exchange places with the innocent that they framed and imprisoned. Michael Morton, of Austin, Texas, is a case in point. After Morton left for work one day in 1988, an intruder came into his house and beat his wife to death with a club. The police blamed the crime on Michael Morton, even though the real perpetrator had stolen his wife's credit cards and checks and used them in the days following her death. These facts, among others, were hidden from the defense attorneys representing Morton.
The AP has the story, and relates:
What this proves is that the police and the prosecution are not infallible, and in some cases, downright dishonest. Prosecutors are under pressure to find the criminals and prosecute them, lest they bear the wrath of the public and the voters. Sometimes these prosecutors delude themselves and prosecute the innocent and the latters' lives are ruined (or ended) in the process.
That was the case of Amanda Knox, too. If you ever sit on a jury, try to actually believe the maxim that one is "innocent until proven guilty."

The AP has the story, and relates:
New DNA testing linked the killings of Debra Baker and Christine Morton to another man with a prison record in several states. Police have not publicly identified the suspect, whom they are trying to locate, but his genetic links to both slayings led to Morton's release from prison last week after nearly 25 years behind bars, and his formal exoneration by an appeals court on Wednesday. To see what his mother-in-law said, read the whole article here.
But lawyers for the Innocence Project, a New York-based group that spent years fighting for DNA testing in Morton's case and the release of his police case files, say he likely never would have been convicted if the prosecutor in charge of the case hadn't withheld key evidence from the defense, including his mother-in-law's statements.

Five Great Truths About Government and Politics
These are possibly the five (5) best sentences you'll ever read:
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the
wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person
must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the
government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work
because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the
other half gets the idea that it does no good to work, because
somebody else is going to get what they work for, this is the
beginning of the end of any nation. [When fewer and fewer people work the economy collapses, as we are witnessing now in the nations of Europe.]
ELECTION 2012 IS COMING and there will be a reckoning for the bolshevik mobs now on Wall Street and in major cities.

Leftists at "Occupy Atlanta" Display Mindless Group Think in This Shocking Video
Below is a video from the Marxist mob at "Occupy Atlanta" where a shocking demonstration of Group Think is right out of "1984." Everything the speaker says must be repeated back by the entire crowd; if anyone comments or asks a question, that too much be repeated in mass by a chorus of commies. Here's a video of the most useless people to take up space, the American left, as they consider (and deny) a request by civil rights hero John Lewis to address the audience, and do so in the most inefficient manner possible.

Mignini's "Keystone Kops" Arrest British Doctor and Wife for Wild Poppies on Property
Giuliano Mignini |
Visit Historic Perugia Get Arrested Spend Time In Jail |
Clive Gillis, 58, was released yesterday after three days in prison when a judge threw out the case against him and his wife Nina. Mrs Gillis was freed from the hospital ward of a women's jail.So once again we see how easily it is for innocent people in Perugia, Italy to have their lives upset and their freedom abruptly ended for dubious reasons. Since the Amanda Knox travesty, however, Perugian judges seem to be on the lookout for such nonsense, well aware that the world is watching.
The GP from Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, was the victim of jealousy from his neighbours, according to Niclaflavia Restivo, the judge who ruled the case lacked "any serious evidence".
It is amazing to me just how ready the Perugian police are to arrest first and ask questions later. Couldn't they have performed an initial investigation first? Interviewed the doctor, ran a background check? Discussed a possible arrest with a judge in advance? But no, the spirit of Mussolini is alive and well and living in Perugia.

AMANDA KNOX: AN INNOCENT GIRL FINALLY GOES HOME
Steve Moore |
The article is by former FBI agent Steve Moore.
*******
I met Amanda Knox for the first time a few days ago, following her release from an Italian prison after serving four years for a crime she did not commit. I am grateful that I had not met Amanda before I got involved in the case.
Not meeting Amanda prior to my involvement in the case probably saved me from prison time myself. Had I known her personally, I do not know if I could have waited for the agonizingly slow wheels of Italian justice to free her. Amanda, you see, turns out to be a truly spectacular person; even more intelligent than I had expected, even more empathetic than she had been described, and even more gentle than I had anticipated. More and more, the fact that she of all people was targeted by a malicious, psychologically-challenged rogue prosecutor raises the level of irony to almost absurd levels. So at a time when I should have been feeling only relief and gratitude, I had to fight a seething vicarious anger at four years taken from a good person. Amanda herself seems to bear no malice, and wonders only how anybody could believe she did what prosecutor Giuliano Mignini charged her with.
The events of the last week have washed over me like a tidal wave, and I have not caught up with the emotion, the reality or the impact of what took place. I do not feel that I am ready to write at length about the events in Perugia last week, but I wanted to communicate a few thoughts in the meantime.
The most beautiful part of the “Not Guilty” verdict for Amanda and Raffaele came in the way Italian law demands that a verdict be couched. In Italy, a person can be found not guilty for two reasons (and I paraphrase the language):
1. Not guilty due to insufficient evidence. (Not guilty)
2. Not guilty due to the fact that the person did not commit the crime. (Innocent)
The first option is a passive statement, but the second is a positive declaration of innocence, not simply lack of guilt. It says not that the prosecutors failed to meet their burden, but that the evidence proves that person charged did not commit the crime. It is not simply release, it is full exoneration. That is the verdict Amanda and Raffaele received: Not guilty because the evidence proved that they did not commit the crime.
The U.K. Independent: The strange ideas and enduring mysteries of the Kercher case
The U.K. Independent has printed the fairest account yet of the Amanda Knox case and her acquittal by an appeals court. The article says:
Yet, if we must accept Mr Hellmann's [the appellate trial judge] insistence that we cannot really know what happened, we can at least re-construct the steps by which Ms Knox and Mr Sollecito found themselves in the frame – because those steps, too, were the product of prejudice and imagination, not knowledge. And this:
On the face of it, they were the least likely people to be suspected of involvement. It was Mr Sollecito who called the police from Ms Knox's flat when the two of them found Ms Kercher's bedroom door locked, drops of blood and a broken window; both were present when police battered the door open, and they fled outside in shock and horror. Ms Kercher's British girlfriends flew home soon after their friend's dead body was discovered; but Ms Knox, who could have flown to Berlin to stay with her uncle, insisted on staying in Perugia to help the police.
Tomorrow, Amanda Knox will mark a week of freedom. There are those who continue to paint her, if not as some Jezebel, then as an unfeeling woman anticipating the paydays ahead. It is a curious way to think of someone unjustly imprisoned for four years.Read it all here.

Planning a vacation in Italy? Be careful. The above article states:
Italy is a sunny place, but free speech there is rather chilled. The nation was ranked 79th in press freedom in 2009. Journalists who criticize Silvio Berlusconi have been fired. Prosecutors have the right to throw journalists in jail on fairly flimsy grounds. Most Italian journalists assume phones are tapped. Courageous, smart journalists are on the front lines of stories about war, the Mafia and social issues, but those who do investigative work generally don't take on the government, a function left to the judiciary, which polices itself.

9/11 Truthers Revealed to Actually Be String Puppets; a False Fag Operation
Dylan Avery |
Alex Jones |
Here is my conspiracy theory. The 9/11 Truth movement is a conspiracy itself. I have it from a good source that when the planes hit the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001, that Alex Jones was working the east side of Manhattan, dressed in drag, with a purple feather boa, high heels, dangling earrings and bright red lipstick. Needing new recruits for his 9/11 I'm-Batshit-Crazy movement, Jones had planned to disguise himself as a gay man in drag, attract gays, and then when the gays were least expecting it, begin handing out pamphlets, e.g. "9/11 WAS AN INSIDE JOB" and preaching the new religion of Controlled Demolition.
Before he could shanghai any gays, however, his wig fell off, revealing a rather strange looking man beneath the make up. Gay men screamed warnings to each other, saying "It's a FALSE FAG operation! Run for your lives!"
Next, I have it on good authority that "Loose Change" (sometimes referred to as "Loose Nut") author Dylan Avery is actually a string puppet. He doesn't actually exist as a real human being, probably put together in a very realistic fashion by puppeteers from Hollywood. If you look at pictures of Dylan Avery and increase the resolution several times, you will note strings attached to his ears, his mouth, his cute little puppet legs. This explains how he is able to dance around the truth with such great skill, immediately adapting to every giant hole blown into his theories by people who aren't crazy.
Yes, I used to hate cockroaches until the 9/11 Truther movement came along. Now cockroaches seem downright nice by comparison.
Nancy Grace: Farts, Exposes Herself on "Dancing With the Schmucks"
Up until very recently, I did not know who Nancy Grace is, nor did I wish to. I became aware of her when she expressed her worthless opinion that Amanda Knox's release from an Italian jail was a "great miscarriage of justice." What did Nancy Graceless base her opinions on? Nothing much. She may have seen the headlines on a tabloid in the checkout line at the supermarket. She may have overhead some gossip in the coffee room at work. Whatever.
Now it appears that Nancy's boob came out while dancing on the show "Dancing With theSchmucks Stars." That was one controversy. Another is when she allegedly farted while performing on the same program. She blamed the flatulence on her dancing partner. What class. What sass. What an ass.
Some people have been confused by the identity of Nancy Graceless. She is NOT Miss Piggy, in spite of an unusual resemblance. See photos to help you differentiate the two. (Miss Piggy is the thin one. She also has class.)

Cultural Differences Ended Marriage: Woman Cooked and Ate Husband
Be careful when entering an intercultural marriage. Some cultures are quite compatible with one another: my wife is Filipina, I am just a common white boy. Our cultures are quite compatible: she nags me constantly, makes me take out the garbage and gripes about crumbs I leave on the kitchen counter. This is largely the same script common-culture marriages follow in the United States.
However, one poor schmuck married an Egyptian woman who turned out to be a cannibal. After an argument, she stabbed him in the neck with a pair of scissors. Other cultural and dietary differences were cited by the police:

Authorities said she tied up her husband of less than a month, killed him and decapitated, dismembered and disemboweled the body over the course of the Thanksgiving weekend, churning his parts through a garbage disposal that neighbors said ran nonstop in the hours after the murder. The poor widow is now serving a 25-years-to-life sentence in California, where, surprisingly and shockingly, she was denied parole. Too bad. It is rumored that she has some new recipes to try out.
Authorities found some of Nelson's body parts stuffed in garbage bags and mixed with leftover turkey, including a bag containing his entrails on the front floor of William's Corvette. They found "an abattoir" - a slaughterhouse - in the couple's Costa Mesa home, with blood pools on the floor, blood-stained sheets and walls, and no evidence of rape.
The man's hands had been fried in oil and his head boiled and stuffed in freezer, said Randy Pawlowski, a senior deputy district attorney in Orange County who prosecuted the case and argued against her release. His lower body and torso were skinned. Nelson sought help from two different friends, Pawlowski said, to try to remove her husband's teeth and dispose of his remains to cover her tracks - one of them alerted police.

The Worthless on Wall Street
Various latter-day hippies, union members, socialists, communists and other assorted kooks and nuts descended on Wall Street this week to protest. They were applauded by the Democrats in Congress.
What were they protesting? They were protesting that life isn't free, that in order to get food, shelter, clothing, education and medical care, one must work. This is called "working for a living." But the minions of Marx don't want to work, they want someone to take care of them, give them everything they need or want for free. These are idiots who don't have a clue as to how the world works.
There seems to be a growing opinion among those on the left, that they have a right to help themselves to other people's property and money. Let me explain why they are wrong, as usual.
If you are a productive human being who produces things of value that other people want to buy, you are going to have more money than high school drop-outs with facial piercings, body tattoos, B.O. and a bad attitude. This is simply a law of nature. Temper tantrums by spoiled, ignorant brats is unlikely to change anything.

Douglas Preston, American Writer, Explains How Italy Puts Saving Face Before Justice
Douglas Preston, whom I have quoted here frequently, has another thought-provoking article on the Italian justice system that railroaded Amanda Knox. Writing in the U.K. Guardian, he says:
About 50% of all criminal convictions in Italy are reversed or greatly modified on appeal. Knox and Sollecito join the 4 million Italians since the war who have seen their lives ruined by false criminal charges, only to be proclaimed innocent after many years of agony and imprisonment.Read it all here.
While they don't like others pointing it out, many Italians are well aware that their judicial system is dysfunctional. Silvio Berlusconi is absolutely right when he says the judiciary needs fundamental reform. The Italian judiciary, a holdover to a great extent from the Mussolini era, when Italy was a police state, acts with no checks and balances, in which prosecutors and police wield enormous power.
If you are arrested for a crime and have no alibi, you are in very serious trouble. The de facto burden of proof is on you to prove your innocence, despite lip service in the Italian constitution to the idea of innocent until proven guilty.
Amanda is Home
Amanda Knox has landed in Seattle and just finished a short news conference at the airport. She was emotional and said it was strange to be speaking English again. She thanked all of her supporters, then she and her family left the airport for home.
NY Post: Amanda Knox Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini's Actions Bordered on the Criminal
An excellent article about the Nutcase of Perugia, Italy, Giuliano Mignini, from the New York Post:
Now that there are two newly vacated cells in Capanne Prison, perhaps Mr. Mignini will at long last see true justice in this case...through steel bars. As Doug Preston, who was once targeted by Mignini and forced to flee Italy, says:

Giuliano Mignini, the 60-year-old magistrate who oversaw the failed Amanda Knox prosecution, has put forth wild and bizarre hypotheses about the murder of her roommate, Meredith Kercher.Bordering on the criminal? Presenting faked evidence in court and destroying exonerating evidence would appear FULLY criminal to this observer. I suspect Italy will be taking a good long look at Mignini and the damage he has wrought. Apparently, Mignini, who has been convicted of abuses of office in one trial, awaits another trial in November (probably the appeals trial). This trial stems from Mignini's handling of the Narducci case, where he prosecuted 20 innocent people for their imaginary ties to the serial killings in the Monster of Florence case.
His actions, according to many observers, not only laid the groundwork for Knox's Monday acquittal by an Italian appeals court-but were outright unprofessional and bordering on the criminal. He was even censured last year for abusing his office.
Now that there are two newly vacated cells in Capanne Prison, perhaps Mr. Mignini will at long last see true justice in this case...through steel bars. As Doug Preston, who was once targeted by Mignini and forced to flee Italy, says:
"Mignini's malicious and completely unwarranted accusations ruined many lives and impoverished the defendants and their families," said Preston, coauthor of "The Monster of Florence." In any event, Knox has been freed and Mignini is now the one awaiting trial.Ah, Karma's a bitch, hey Giuliano?

U.S. student Amanda Knox smiles at the Leonardo Da Vinci airport in Fiumicino October 4, 2011. Amanda Knox, cleared of the murder of British student Meredith Kercher, on Tuesday thanked supporters who believed in her innocence as she prepared to return home to the United States after four years in jail.
