Test Your Knowledge: Take the Civics Exam

Troglopundit points readers to an online civics exam that tests one's knowledge of American history, government and finance.  The Trog man scored 31 out of 33 for a score of 93.94%.  I scored exactly the same.  How well will you do?
“Are you more knowledgeable than the average citizen? The average score for all 2,508 Americans taking the following test was 49%; college educators scored 55%. Can you do better?”

Why, yes. Yes I can:

You answered 31 out of 33 correctly — 93.94 %
Take the test here.

  1. 25 of 33. Thought I had done better before I was graded. Felt like I was in school thinking I nailed a test only to find out otherwise. Still beat most college "educators" though.

Woohoo! 32/33! Sadly, for some reason, this still fails to impress chicks at parties....

  6. I am ashamed to admit, I only got 29 out of 33.

I was so disgusted with myself, I closed the page before I had the sense to figure out what I had missed.

    Stupid me.

  8. 75.76% (25 right) and I have never even been to America!

Shows how useless multiple-choice question tests are.

Mr. Anonymous - I don't think it shows how useless multiple choice tests are at all. Given that you, who have never been here, got a 76%, and the average college educator got a 55%, it shows how useless college educators are.
