My Latest Bow Tie: a Classic Design

One of my latest bow ties.  I bought this one from China on EBay.  It's silk, cost $8 with shipping, and is a classic rep tie design of red and blue broad stripes.

I am getting to where I can tie these with some skill now, and I continue my new found fascination with bow ties.

Clients seem to really like them.  Bow ties are formal but friendly, and not nearly as stuffy as the usual business tie.

I recommend them!

    Our 16 year old grandson wears bow ties. He is tall, handsome, not nerdy at all. He wears uniforms at his Christian school, so he special ordered a bow tie in the school colors.

    Good for your grandson! Wearing a bow tie in the school colors is very cool. Yes, a bow tie is not nerdy, but fashionable. It is a retro thing that is making a big comeback.
