Donald Trump and the Jeffrey Epstein Controversy

I have been spending a lot of time on X, Elon Musk's platform that used to be called Twitter.  Although it is considered a conservative site now, the most hateful and angriest posts are rants from the far left and the Democrat Party.  There was a time when I could not stomach such a pure diet of negativity, but now I have become inured to it.  Now I spend time each day refuting leftists and Democrats.

The major thrust of the Democrats on x is to tie Trump to Jeffrey Epstein, the deceased pedophile who trafficked under age girls to his private island where the girls were raped by Epstein and his friends and cohorts.

The controversy is to find out which prominent men visited the island so they can be exposed and maybe prosecuted.  The Democrats have been demanding all of the Epstein files, hoping Donald Trump is among the visitors and victimizers of the young girls there. Not waiting for any proof of this, the Democrats on X continually call Trump a pedophile who "rapes children."  Their hatred for Trump is so virulent and over the top that they wish to conjure the alleged crime into existence by the sheer force of their will.

Trump claims he never visited Epstein Island and never molested any of the victims there.  No victims have accused Trump and one of the most famous of the victims, one Virginia Giuffre, stated in a legal deposition under oath that Trump never did anything wrong. Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's accomplice in the solicitation of the young girls, also stated the same thing:  Trump was never involved.

Finally, Epstein's defense attorney, Alan Dershowitz, said that he had interviewed his client to see if they could identify any prominent men who were involved, for the purpose of framing their defense, and specifically if Donald Trump had been involved.  Epstein told him he had nothing on Trump and that Trump was not involved.

Trump has now agreed to release any remaining files from Epstein Island for public scrutiny.  They won't find any dirt on Trump, but there may be plenty of dirt on Democrat individuals like Bill Clinton, and if so, the humiliation of the cabal of slanderers will be complete.

The Ugly Politics of American LIberals

If you want to witness the most hateful and vicious political narratives on the planet, join Elon Musk's platform, called X.

The Government Shut Down

The far left shows a level of hatred that is almost inhuman.  Of course, Donald Trump is their main target.  They accuse him of being a child rapist, a pedophile and a felon and hope for his death.  Because the Democrats have shut down the government, many programs and agencies are not being funded.  Air Traffic Controllers and the military are going without paychecks, and certain welfare programs, like the SNAP (food stamps) are not being funded.

Democrats are claiming that Trump could fund SNAP but he refuses to do so because he wants to "starve kids."  A federal court ordered Trump to fund SNAP through the end of November using emergency funds.  However, those funds are legally restricted for various purposes, and using them for a problem deliberately created by Congress is not one of them.  Nevertheless, Trump said he would gladly release the funds if the court would give him guidance on how to do it legally.  The court has not responded, and so Trump asked the appeals court to invalidate the lower court order since it was impossible for Trump to obey it.

Meanwhile, Democrats are having hissy fits claiming Trump is fighting a court order to feed starving Americans.  It is typical character assassination, the Democrats hoping it will hurt Republicans in the midterm elections next year.

Erika Kirk, Widow of Charlie Kirk

On September 10, conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot dead by a sniper while giving a presentation at a university in Utah.  Charlie's mission was to have polite conversations with college students about the political controversies of the day, in an attempt to change their opinions and impressions from left to right.

Since his death, Charlie's widow, Erika Kirk, took over the leadership of Charlie's organization, Turning Point, USA.  She has spoken at various colleges in Charlie's absence, and welcomed warmly by large crowds.  This no doubt angered the leftists and they have organized a slander campaign to undermine Erika's popularity.

On X, the leftists have said Erika is having an affair with Vice President J.D. Vance, and that Vance will leave his wife and marry Ericka.  Some fool even posted a fake graphic of Vance and Erika taking their marriage vows together.  Other posters claim she is insincere in her grief for her recently murdered husband, and that she fakes tears for her audiences.  There is no truth in this slander.

Learning Spanish, Update

How hard is it to learn another language?  I know French fairly well, though I wouldn't consider myself fluent.  I can read it and understand most of it.  It was my favorite subject in high school, the only class in which I got straight A's.  I have built on that base by watching YouTube videos and by studying it in Babel.

A few years ago I realized that knowing Spanish would be a good idea, since I live in California and there are many native speakers here.  So I took two semesters of Spanish at the local junior college and then began studying that in Babel as well.  Now I am studying it much on my own, using the many lessons and reading stories on YouTube.  I figure it will take 1 or 2 years to become fluent.  My time estimate is based on what other students of the language have reported on YouTube.  If they can do it, so can I.

Avoid Internet Scams

About a week ago I was scrolling through YouTube and saw an ad for an IQ test.  For fun, I took the test, but at the end I was told I would have ot pay $9 to receive my score.  No problem I fired up PayPal and paid the $9 -- or thought I had anyway.  The next day my PayPal account revealed that instead of taking the $9 the vendor had charged my account $29.90, and indicated that this would be a recurring monthly charge.  None of this was authorized by me and I complained to PayPal and they removed the recurring charge but would not remove the first charge of $29.90.   So much for the safety of using PayPal.

I tried to reach the vendor directly though their website, but the website would not allow any messages to themselves unless you were a registered user.  The company was in China, no surprise there.

A few days before this episode I had ordered a glucose monitoring device from a Chines company for $25.  However, they charged my PayPal account $65 instead and also put me on a recurring charge, unauthorized by me.  I got PayPal to reverse the recurring charge and got the excess chare refunded.  There is a lesson to be learned from this:  if you order something through PayPal, unscrupulous vendors will have access to you PayPal account and will rob you blind with charges you never authorized.  I doubt that I will ever receive the device I did order and paid 25 for.

Here are my suggestions to avoid getting ripped off by unscrupulous vendors:

1. Never directly order anything advertised on YouTube.  Instead, check Amazon.com to see if you can order though them.  Amazon is honest and fair, and you can return anything you ordered with no hassle and no questions asked, and receive a refund.

2  Never directly order anything advertised on FaceBook; check Amazon to see if they carry the same thing.

Trump Ends the War in Gaza; Woke Right Damages MAGA Movement

President Donald Trump's approval with the public is riding high, especially since he was able to negotiate an end of the Israeli-Gaza war and release of of the surviving hostages in Hamas hands.  The Democrats are so jealous that they posted several items on X.com claiming that Trump copied Biden's peace plan and the hostage release was already in the works, thanks to Biden, when Trump took over.  Pathetic, to say the least.

The Dems found a private group chat online by young Republicans, in which the members made several really stupid and destructive statements, including one member stating "I love Hitler" and another stating Democrats should be put in the gas chamber and still others expressing animosity towards the State of Israel.  This is significant because a major part of the Democrat strategy is to convince the public that Republicans are Nazis and fascists.  It is a desperation move, but the young fools in the group chat breathed life into the left's slander.

There is a bad section of the conservative movement, known as the Wole Right, who are anti-semitic and strongly oppose Israel.  These Young Republicans in the Chat Group apparently identify with these people and should be condemned and ostracized by mainstream MAGA.  The unofficial leaders of the Woke Right are Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Mark Dice and Marjorie Taylor Green.

Most members of MAGA are strongly supportive of Israel and want to help jews.  We have been distancing ourselves from the Woke Right, as we sense they are bound to be more of a problem than a help to the MAGA right.

Online Advertising Scams; Fake YouTube Posts

YouTube BS to Attract Readers

The weather here in Hollister is finally turning cold.  I am sitting here in the backyard watching the large havest moon ascend in the sky.  Life is a battle and I am in retreat.  I am also freezing.

I am amazed at how much out and out fraud is present on the internet today.  The commercial online advertisements are a disgrace.  All sorts of fake gadgets are advertised when you bring up many posts on YouTube.  A maxim to keep in mind is this:  if its too good to be true, it's a scam.  Don't be a sucker.

One of the most current is a device said to steal content from Netflix.  The advertisers "hope Netflix won't find out about it."  Now you can watch several online content providers "for free."  Don't be too appalled, the device doesn't really work.  A lot of these scams allow you to return their nonfunctioning junk for a refund, knowing that many will not bother.

Another item that appears to be fake is a gadget that you plug into a wall socket and it somehow greatly decreases your energy bill.  Oh yeah, that sounds totally plausible.  (Sarcasm)

Another source of gross falsehoods is found in the YouTube postings.  I am referring to the post's title page, not the post itself.  Apparently, YouTubers can lie lie hell in the title page without any worry of negative action by YouTube.

For example, there has been several utterly false claims about the Tyler Robsinson case, the suspect accused of assassinationg Charlie Kirk.  One post title page claims that during his court hearing, Tyler and his mom and dad begged the judge not to give Tyler the death penalty, with an AI produced image of the three Robinsons crying in court.

Another such post claims Tyler sent his parents a video or him chained to a bed in his cell.  Ridiculous, Tyler has no ability to make any videos or send them from his cell.

Still another post claims Tyler has now been convicted and sentenced to death.  No trial has yet occurred, so the claim is as fake as fake can be.

Don't bother reading such posts.

Dust In The Wind

10:50 PM – I am still in a blue funk over the deaths of my dog Kodi and the murder of Charlie Kirk.  It’s like a constant form of mental fatigue.  I don’t want to do anything, I don’t much care about anything.  Do the dead know that they are dead?  Do they know what happened to them?  Where are they now?

I remember back in 1970 when my mother-in-law died of cancer. I was attending night classes at San Jose State.  As I walked along the dark campus, I looked at a street light and saw that its brilliance seemed to be swimming in my tears, and I asked “Mama, where are you?”  I grieved over her now permanent absence from my life, through natural forces that I could neither understand nor control.

Tonight I feel the same sorrow for Kodi, my dog.  Maybe there is no afterlife for dogs or even humans.  Maybe Kodi is nothing more now than dust in the wind.  If that be true, I want to be with him wherever and however he is.  If he is just dust in the wind, then I want to be dust in the wind with him.  Eventually, I mean.

However, I have no intention of speeding up the process, so do not worry about that.  I will live my life as long as God or nature dictates.

Leftist Lies About Charlie KIrk

Charlie Kirk
Since Charlie Kirk's murder, there have been outpourings of grief on the right, matched with outpourings of hate and slander on the left.

Politicians, teachers and entertainers have said some terrible things about Charlie Kirk, saying that he deserved his death, or that he preached hatred and bigotry towards various groups (like blacks and Jews) and was generally a terrible person.  None of these leftist haters have provided any evidence or support for their claims, because there is none.  Ensconced in their ideological bubble, liberals and leftists based their claims on mere rumor and speculation, not facts.  Charlie was a devout Christian and acted like it.

Charlie's mission in life was to persuade college students that much of what they are taught about conservative beliefs and American history are false.  Since persuasion was his goal, he knew quite well that insulting, demeaning or humiliating his audience would make that impossible.  Therefore, his debates with college students were generally polite conversations.

Many of Charlie Kirk's debates may be watched online at YouTube and show quite well who Charlies was and they prove the falsity of leftwing slander of the man.  Look for them.

Outrageous Online Claims About the Charlie Kirk Assassination

Currently there is a frenzy of sorts by video YouTubers to cash in on the Charlie Kirk tragedy.  Check YouTube and you will see what I mean.  All kinds of nutty conspiracy theories and outright falsehoods are being posted in an effort to attract readers.

Yesterday I filed a complaint with YouTube about a site that stated flat out that Erika Kirk, wife of Charlie Kirk, had Charlie killed. YouTube said they would look into it.  I don't see that site online anymore so maybe they deleted it.

Other fake stories online claim the following falsehoods:

*That Tyler Robinson was not the shooter, that his rifle was not the gun that fired the shot, that the bullet found in Charlie's body did not match the recovered rifle.  These are claims that could only be verified by the FBI or other police experts and the persons making the claims have no way of knowing what is or isn't true.

*That no autopsy was performed.  This claim has not been verified and is merely speculation.

There are people who love crazy theories, but they love website clicks even more.

Life Sucks and Then You Die

Charlie Kirk
A lot of dreadful things have happened since I last wrote. Charlie Kirk, a young and talented conservative spokesman and leader of Turning Point USA, was assassinated on September 10 while speaking at an outdoor event at Utah Valley University. A lefiwing punk named Tyler Robinson climbed up to a roof and fired a high caliber round, hitting Charlie in the neck and fatally wounding him. He died shortly thereafter in the hospital. Charlie leaves behind two children and a pregnant wife, who witnessed the assassination close up.

Great expressions of grief have ensued from across tha nation and even the world, even while the murder was being joyfully celebrated by the political left and some Democrats. The perp was caught and Utah prosecutors will pursue the death penalty,

There will be a large memorial service tomorrow in Phoenix, and Charlie will be buried next week, on Tuesday I think.

On August 22, a young Ukranian girl named Iryna Zarutska was murdered on the light rail in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was returning home from her job at a pizza place, wearing her pizza uniform, and sat down in a chair right in front of a black ex-con named Decarlos Brown Jr, who then stabbed her in the neck with a pocket knife. She died on the floor of the rail car. The attack was completely unprovoked and captured by video. President Trump has called for the death penalty for the perpetrator.

Still Blue; Life Sucks

I'm still blue over the death of my dog, Kodi.  Grief has no purpose but to make you miserable, it doesn't change anything.  I wish there were an easy way to switch it off.  I will never switch off my love for Kodi and I look forward to being with him someday in an afterlife so often spoken of by psychics and near death experiencers.  However, I have to endure the last years of my life before I can get there.

I often feel like I would like to die, in the assumption that death would terminate all human suffering, but that is not guaranteed.  The thought is based on the assumption that there is no soul, that all human consciousness and feeling end with death of the body, and that is an assumption that I reject.  However, there is another possibility:  that death will reunite you with your deceased loved ones.

Many people have described death as "going home," believing that dying is only going back where you came from.  Then you would see your deceased loved ones, including pets.  This is probably why so many near death experiencers plead with the hosts of heaven to allow them to stay in the afterlife, when they have been told they must go back because their time is not yet.

Interesting Topics Besides Politics

I am not much into posting about politics these days, as there are other blogs and websites who do a much better job than I can do.  However, here are topics I am interested in and will post about.

1,  Paranormal Topics:  near-death experiences, UFOs, ghosts, BigFoot.  This will include rebutting such topics as well as possibly supporting them, as the evidence dictates.

2.  North Korea:  What a terrible place.  The Fat Oaf who runs the tyranny is into raping pretty women there; the "Pleasure Squad" are young women drafted into becoming entertainers and sometime prostitutes, but Fatso can get any woman he wants, like a TV newscaster, an airline stewardess and even the wife of one of his officers.

3.  Jehovah's Witnesses:  This is one very sick religion.  It is into making great prophecies that never come true.  It predicted the end of the world in 1975, and many members sold their homes, quit their jobs, opted out of pension plans and higher education or training, because they believed the nonsense.  When it didn't happen, these members often faced dire poverty and hardship, with many leaving the religion as a result.

Two of the religion's most damaging and destructive positions are (1) no blood transfusions are allowed, resulting in many members dying of injuries or disease, over a very asinine interpretation of scriptures, and (2) the policy of disfellowshipping members who leave or question the religion's teachings, resulting in the ostracism of such members from their families and friends.

4.  Other Topics.  Any that interest me.

More on these topics later.

Edgar Cayce on Animal Souls Surviving Death

The noted spiritualist Edgar Cayce voiced several opinions about animals, i.e., do they have souls and do they remember us in the afterlife?  He said "yes indeed," but my pessimistic nature wonders of that's a lot of wishful thinking and happy horseshit.

Well, I want to believe Cayce, so I have watched the YouTube videos that deal with the subject.  Most of them are pretty good and reasonably convincing.  There was one that really stood out for me, though.  Here it is.

What Happens To Pets When They Die? Do Animals Have Souls? | Edgar Cayce This heartfelt video explores the profound question many pet owners face during times of grief:

The Meaning of Grief

What Grief Is
Yesterday I was reading memes on Facebook about grief for dogs who have passed away and suddenly I burst into tears and sobbed for my little dog Kodi.  Memories of him are everywhere in the house and backyard and torture me, knowing that these images are in the past and will never return to my present life.  I have felt for the past few days that I would prefer to die then have to cope with this kind of torment.

I think the reason grief hurts so much is because I need and want to express to him my love for him but because he no longer has a physical existence, I cannot.  Love that cannot be expressed because of death is what grief is.  This is aggravated by the question of an afterlife.  Since we cannot be sure that an afterlife exists, we cannot know if we will see our loved ones again in a different reality, no matter how optimistic we want to be about it.  If we knew for sure that they still exist as conscious entities and that they are happy and well in their new realm, grief would not exist.  I will continue to hope for an afterlife and for the end of this psychic pain and feeling of loss.

Kodi, if by some miraculous and dubious circumstance you can hear and understand my feelings, know this: I love you.  I always have and I always will.  Wait for me where you are, because I will look for you when I join you on the other side, and that day cannot come soon enough for me.

I've Got the Blues Over Loss of My Dog

Grieving
I
hate this part of having a dog.  When they die you have to face the grief and it hurts.  There is no way to stop it, you just have to wait and allow time to pass.

Pain, sorrow and grief are inevitable in everyone's life.  They are not a tragedy, they are not a punishment or a disruption -- they are just a normal part of life.  I know these dark feelings will eventually dissipate, but for now I feel sad and I am angry and I resent the way the world works.  I look at my backyard, where my dog Kodi spent so much time, and his absence seems glaring and terrible. How can he just be gone?  Without him this lovely backyard has no purpose or meaning.

Right now, I hate my life and wish it would end.  If Kodi can disappear into the twilight, why can't I?

My Dog Died Today: Coping With Grief

Kodi

Today was a bad day: My dog Kodi died.

My Pomeranian was 18 years old and I had him with me for the past ten years.  He had belonged to my son and his girlfriend.  The girlfriend broke up with my son and took Kodi with her.  A few years later she could no longer care for the dog and offered him to us.  We readily agreed and took him in.

Kodi was 18 years old as of April of this year.  He finally started showing and feeling his age and had trouble walking.  He began having breathing problems as well and often whimpered in pain.  My wife took him into the vets to see if anything could be done to prolong his life.  An Xray showed he had developed a large obstruction on his lungs.  It was time to let him go and he died in my wife's arms as the vet administered the fatal dose.

So now we must cope with the grief, seeing all the things that remind us of him, his blankets, his food bowl, the green patch of grass in the backyard where he did his business.  Knowing that we will never see him again, or pet him, feel his fur, or hear him bark or beg for treats.

It hurts, but our grief is somewhat lessened by the fact that we could see his death coming, and it was not unexpected and not a shock.  The best aspects of this is that he is no longer in pain, that we know we gave him so much love and that we did everything we could to both prolong his life and free him from pain.

Remembering My First Day of School 1950

Since I am long in the tooth and may soon join my friends and family on the other side, I have determined to write my memoirs.  My life has been pretty ordinary and mundane and no one will build statues of me in the park, but there are aspects of it that are worth remembering.

I remember my first day in the First Grade.  The year was 1950, I was five years old, and the place was Emerson School in Joplin, Missouri.  My mom accompanied me to my class and I was scared out of my wits.  There were tables along the side of the room, with seats for four students, two on each side.  My mom sat facing me and I faced the front.

Suddenly my mom got up and went to a table closer to the door.  Alarmed, I got up and followed her.  I didn't know it then but she was planning her escape while leaving me to the horrors of the big wide world.   Then she said goodbye, promising to come get me later, and got up and left.  I had never been separated from my mom before, so I put my head down on the desk, covering the sides of my face with my arms, and cried.

Suddenly I was interrupted in my grief by the lady teacher, who shook me gently and said, "We don't allow no crying in here, get up and come up front.  We are going to learn the alphabet."

The next thing I knew I was sitting in the front row, staring at a display of the alphabet, and immediately forgot about being abandoned to my fate.  Hey, this was the alphabet and it was interesting!  I think I learned to spell "CAT" that day.  That lady teacher knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and I still admire her teaching skill 75 years later.

Learning Spanish

A few months ago I purchased a subscription to Babel, a software program to learn different languages.  I have access to all languages that it offers, but I am using it only for French and Spanish.  I went thought a lot of the French, of which I already know a lot, to refresh my knowledge.  Now I am concentrating on Spanish, of which I knew little at the start.

I have learned a lot of Spanish since I began studying it.  It is nice to open a page of text on the Internet and understand a lot of it.

Babel is a good program, but I could never achieve fluency using that alone.  I have immersed myself in the language, reading stories in Spanish on YouTube, and taking lessons posted on YouTube on a variety of topics about grammar snd rules and vocabulary.  Also, by listening to the spoken word in recordings my understanding of spoken Spanish has improved tremendously.

I am a long way from becoming fluent, but learning another language is a big project and you build on your knowledge day by day without worrying about being perfect.

The Near Death Experience In Children

One of the first books I ever read about the Near Death Experience (NDE) was "Closer To The Light" by Melvin Morse, MD.  Morse was a NDE researcher specializing in the experience in children who had suffered catastrophic events (like almost drowning in a swimming pool) and survived.  The stories these children tell about witnessing an afterlife are compelling and fascinating.

Morse points out that these young NDE experiencers do not have an ax to grind.  They have not yet been indoctrinated into a particular religion and feel no need to interpret the experience with what they learned in church.  They simply tell the unvarnished truth, or usually they do.  One child told Morse that he had been climbing a stairway to Heaven.  Another spoke of a crystal castle.  Two different boys claimed that in that new place "you could double jump."

For anyone interested in pursuing a better understanding of the Near Death Experience, "Closer To The Light" is an excellent starting place. I recommend it.

Bryan Kohberger Guilty of First Degree Murder; Faces Life Imprisonment Without Parole

The psycho known as Bryan Kohberger had his plea deal accepted.  He will spend the rest of his life in prison, with no parole or appeal possible.  His life is not worth a pile of horse poop at this point.  The firing squad, which he avoided, may have been preferable after all.
Bryan Kohberger

Why did he do it?  Kohberger has not said what his motivations were, and they are anyone's guess.  Here is mine:  BK admired serial killer Ted Bundy and sought to emulate his hero by committing a similar crime as the Chi Omega murders of 1978. He dressed like Bundy in black clothes and a face covering, and like Bundy, he preyed on college women (and one man) asleep in their college housing bedrooms.

Ted Bundy broke into a Chi Omega sorority house of the Florida State University and killed two sleeping female students with blows to the head with a wooden club.  He did this at 3 AM.  He had no motive, he just liked killing young women. Bundy then went down the street and broke into another house and attacked two more women, who survived.

Ted Bundy was convicted of murder and was executed in Florida in 1989.

Totally Dismantling This Famous Bigfoot Video

I like to grade paranormal phenomena with my own personal beliefs expressed as a percentage.  A grade of 100% would indicate that I totally believe in the existence of the phenomena.  There is none to which I currently would grade 100%, but I have a high percentage for alien abductions and Near Death Experiences.  Bigfoot's existence has always been very low on my percentage evaluation -- maybe 10% or less.

The Patterson-Gimlin film would need corroborating evidence for me to believe it is authentic.  We need either a dead sasquatch or a captured one to really prove the existence of bigfoot.  One video from 1967 just doesn't cut it for me.

The above video debunks the Patterson-Gimlin film, and I agree with the author's conclusions.  What do you think?

Bigfoot and the Patterson-Gimlin Film

The Patterson-Gimlin Film of a supposed Bigfoot was taken in 1967 in Northern California.  Here's what they say about it on Yahoo.com.

The Patterson–Gimlin film is a famous short motion picture of an unidentified subject the film makers purported to be a "Bigfoot", that was supposedly filmed on October 20, 1967, by Roger Patterson and Robert "Bob" Gimlin on Bluff Creek, a tributary of the Klamath River about 25 road miles north-west of Orleans, California. The film has been subjected to many attempts both to debunk and authenticate it. Most scientists who have studied the film have judged it to be a hoax with a man in an ape suit. Other scientists have done studies purporting to be scientific analyses concluding that the alleged creature is likely non-human. Both Patterson and Gimlin have always insisted they encountered and filmed a real Bigfoot, not a man in a costume. Patterson died of cancer in 1972. Patterson's friend and business associate, Gimlin, has always denied being involved in any part of a hoax with Patterson. Gimlin avoided publicly discussing the subject from at least the early 1970s until about 2000 when he began giving interviews and making appearances at Bigfoot conferences.

One man claims it was him in an ape suit, promised $1000 to act for the film.  He was never paid.

My initial reaction to the film was that it appears to be a man in a suit.  His gait seems very human to me, not like that of a bipedal apelike animal.  I do not believe it is a real bigfoot, if one even exists.

I Was Right: Trump Bombs Iran's Nuclear Site

Tonight three B-2 Stealth Bombers, each carrying two bunker buster bombs weighing 15 tons each, bombed Iran's Fordow nuclear enrichment site.   It is believed the site was completely destroyed.

In addition, a US nuclear submarine fired 15 Tomahawk missiles into other nuclear sites.

Now what?  We shall see in the coming days.

Tuesday, June 17, 2025

Bomb, Bomb, Bomb Iran

Bunker Buster Solutions
The Israeli war on Iran continues, but Israel has complete control of the skies and are punishing their adversaries with continuous bombing of infrastructure and missile sites.

Republicans are diverging into two major groups:  those who want the USA to help finish off the murderous Iranian regime, and those who want Peace at Any Price, i.e., the pacifists.

Israel has wrecked two of Iran's uranium enrichment sites, but the third, called Fordo, is buried deep and heavily fortified with concrete and steel.  Regular bombs can't reach it, so the only option is to bomb it with bunker buster bombs.  Israel can't deliver these, but our B-2 Stealth bombers may be able to.  The B-2s can carry the right kind of bombs.

Would our bombing of Fordo finally destroy the Iranian nuclear bomb project?  Would it lead to a wider war and unforeseen doom and gloom?  I don't know.  But right now Iran is on their knees and losing the war badly, so this presents us with an opportunity.   Bomb them and hope for the best.  It's a risk, but one I think we should take.

Iran Is Pouring Missiles Into Tel Aviv

The Iranians are pouring missiles into Tel Aviv, damaging buildings there, and Israelis are having to take to bomb shelters for safety.

I am worried about Israel.  This is a war and there will be fighting, perhaps losses as well as gains for Israel. It won't be a slam dunk for the good guys.  Meanwhile, Israel  has launched its second wave at Iran, and the US is said to be helping with the Iron Dome missile defense.

Each morning I turn on the news to see how the war is progressing.  It is scary for sure.

Israel Bombs Iran's Nuclear Sites

President Trump has been attempting to negotiate with Iran for the past few days, over their efforts to enrich uranium.  Enriched uranium can only be used to make nuclear bombs, and if left to their own devices, Iran will undoubtedly attack Israel and other sites in the Middle East with nuclear bombs. Iran currently has enough enriched uranium to make 10 nuclear bombs.

The Iranian government refused to negotiate, stating that they will continue enriching uranium, and even opened up a new site dedicated to that purpose.  Iran, because its leaders are crazy, radical Islamic fanatics, will not be allowed to have nuclear bombs.  The mullahs there have sworn to destroy Israel and kill all the Jews therein, and have financed other radical regimes to do it for them, namely, the Houtis, Hamas and Hezbollah.

Today Israel's Defense Forces have begun bombing Iranian targets, which include buried installations designed to thwart such attacks, and so bunker buster bombs will have to be used.  Best wishes to the IDF, and may they be successful in ending the Iranian nuclear threat.

Art Bell's "Midnight In The Desert"

Art Bell
Art Bell was a guru of the paranormal, a pundit with an open mind about weird phenomena.  He ran a popular radio program from the small town of Pahrump, Nevada, called "Midnight In The Desert."  if you were up late or couldn't sleep, or were a truck driver on a lonely road at night, Art Bell's program was interesting and entertaining.

After my favorite dog Bogie died in 2017, I listened to recorded programs of Art Bell on the Internet, as a way of coping with my grief.  Art was not a kook or weirdo, just a well spoken man with an open mind and an interest in paranormal possibilities. His guests and his callers told stories of ghosts, time travel, life after death, alien abductions and other topics.  He did not necessarily believe all the stories, but he did not debate the visitors to his program.  He let them speak, and discussion ensued among callers to the program.

Art Bell died in April of 2018 of an accidental overdose of his prescription medications, and is buried in Pahrump next to his wife.  When he died, a great mind and personality was lost.

There are websites on Yahoo and the Internet that have many of Art's recorded programs.  Here is the link to one of them, and I do recommend it.  Art's favorite topic was the Near Death Experiece, or NDEs, and his discussion of the topic with NDE resercher Jeffrey Long, MD, is my favorite episode.  See link above.

Great Blogs, Past and Present

Well it's night and time for writing in the ol' blog.  I am smoking my pipe and sitting in the back yard near my fruit trees -- persimmons, figs, Mandarin oranges, apples and lemons.  My wife placed solar lamps all over the yard, the kind that soak up sunlight as energy and light up when it gets dark.  There are 11 of them.

A lot of blogs that I follow or used to follow have disappeared.  These included a blogger named Jaco Pastorius, naming himself after a famous bass guitar player.  There was a Canadian blog of patriots who were very concerned with Islamic violence -- they wore blue colored  scarves and met in the local library.  Good people.  Hogewash was a blog that fought a lot with Bret Kimberlin, and was very interesting.  A blogger named Carole had a blog named "Political Clown Parade."  She was a great writer and Photoshopper.

Ada had a blog called "Always On Watch."  She cared for her very sick husband Dave, who eventually died.  She remarried and ceased writing.

Robert Stacy McCain's excellent blog "The Other McCain" is still in operation, run by his support crew, although Stacy doesn't write anymore.  I wonder what he is doing now.

Some of the best blogs that survived are listed in the side panel herein.  Please check them out.

Western Denialism and the Islamic Threat

Lately I have been rereading some of my posts from years past, and some of those posts represent some of the best writing of my life.

Here is a post from December 30, 2009 that is highly relevant to 2025.  Following the terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado two days ago, we see silence from the mainstream media who have avoided reporting on the crime.  Boulder police and the mayor there have declined to label the attack as terrorism, stating that they have not yet determined the motives of the perpetrator.  His motives are clear, however.  He is a Muslim man who had voiced his desire to kill Jews and Zionists.  Read more about this political denialism at the link below.

Terrorist Attack in Boulder, Colorado Today

A group of pro-Israel celebrants was attacked in Boulder, Colorado today, by a man shouting "Free Palestine."  The attacker was throwing Molotov cocktails at the participants, and using a makeshift flame thrower to set several people on fire.  Six people were taken to the hospital with serious burns, and the perpetrator was arrested by police.

Once again, the foolhardiness of allowing Muslim immigration seems apparent.  And once again, the real meaning of "Free Palestine" is "Kill the Jews."

The Motives of Serial Killers

Online discussions about the motives of Bryan Kohberger, if he is indeed the killer of the four Idaho college students, are ongoing.  They say that the absence of a known motive is not enough to prevent a guilty verdict.  No motive regarding Kohberger has been described.  The absence  of a discernible motive didn't help Ted Bundy, who after his conviction on one murder, eventually confessed to over 30 murders of young women.  Why do serial killers murder innocent people that they do not even know?

It seems such people lack something in their brains, something that prevents any empathy for their victims.  That, plus a very sick sexual fantasy that gives them a high when they dispose of human lives.   Perhaps these murders are simply thrill killings.

Evidence Not Looking Good for Bryan Kohberger

The murder case of defendant Bryan Kohberger is set for trial in August of this year.  Kohberger is supected of murdering four college students in Moscow, Idaho on November 13, 2022, by stabbing them as they slept in their beds.

A few days ago, Dateline TV ran a documentary on the case, describing clues that point to Bryan Kohberger as the perpetrator.  We already knew about some of the strongest evidence:  a knife sheath left behind in the bed of one of the female victims; Kohberger's DNA was found on the metal snap of the sheath, and phone tower records showing Kohberger was in the near vicinity of the murder site, both before and after the murders.  His cell phone was turned off during the murders, however.

Dateline showed video footage from a nearby home security cam, of a white Hyundai Elantra, like that owned by Kohberger, circling the murder site several times just before the murders, then speeding off just after them.

Computer records show that after the murders, Kohberger did an Amazon search for a replacement sheath for his Kabar knife, though he did not buy one.  A selfie photo on Kohberger's telephone, taken the morning after the murders, shows Kohberger dressed in a white shirt, smiling and giving himeslf a thumbs up gesture as if he were proud of himself.

Bryan Kohberger was a PhD student in criminology at Washington State University, where he studied the crimes of serial killers and other criminals.  He was particularly interested in Ted Bundy, the serial killer executed in 1984.  Kohberger has beeen described by those who knew him as socially awkward and unpopular.

If he is found guilty, Bryan Kohberger faces the death penalty.

Tidying Up The Ol' Blog

As part of my effort to revive this blog, I have been tidying up, deleting old links that no longer work.  It is sad to see so many beloved blogs that simply die of neglect.  I can't cast any aspersions, I too have had long absences from blogging.

Part of the decrease in blogs is that they are somewhat obsolete.  Social media sites like X provide a lot of content, with commenting and debate available, and you can post pictures..  Feedback is more immediate, as well.  I spend a lot of time on X, but it is often like swimming in a cesspool, dodging the slings and arrows of nasty liberals.

Another medium that is very popular is vlogging. creating videos like on YouTube.  This requires a good video camera, and you can use your iPhone or other phones for this purpose, and the quality is pretty good.  Then you need some video editing software, to convert the video to an uploadable format.  You can buy some online -- just Google it.

I plan to post some of my videos here for fun and to provide examples for those who may be interested in vlogging.

Hate, hate, hate

Lately I notice that the world is more filled with hate than I remember over my long lifetime.  The most concerning is the Islamization of western civilization.  Colleges and universities are infested with Palestinian flag waving Jew haters.  Countries like Great Britain and Canada are committing cultural suicide by admitting more and more people who are thoroughly incompatible with pluralistic, tolerant democracies.  The UK is imprisoning citizens who speak out about the folly of this.  British officials scan social media  accounts like X to find and prosecute any citizen who criticizes Islam and Islamization.  Freedom of speech is dead in the UK.

Two days ago, a Muslim man murdered two employees of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC.  Shot them in cold blood in broad daylight.  They were a young couple headed for marriage.  The perp was caught and jailed and will stand trial for murder, and will face the death penalty.  Meanwhile, Palestinian supporters openly express love and support for the murderer, one saying that it is time to bring the war on Israel home.

There is no greater source of violence and hatred than the culutre and religion of Islam.  There is no greater supporter of Islam than the Democratic Party and the political left.

Older Than Dirt

I turned 80 years of age this past November.  I am the oldest living male in my childhood family.  My dad died at 77, my older brother at at 76 and my little brother at 72.  I don't know why I am still here.  I am in very good health except for my broken hip and have no fear of dying anytime soon.

So what do you do when you are 80 years old?

When you are young and maturing you find meaning in life in pursuit of worthwhile goals.  These would include getting an education or vocational training, starting a career, finding a mate, getting promoted, buying a house, raising your kids.

When you are 80 years old, these goals are no longer needed.  So I have to find meaning in my life in different ways.  If I can think of any I'll let you know.

I'm Back!!

The year 2024 was a bad year for me.  I fell and broke my hip and spent some time in the hospital and a nursing home.  I had surgery to put in a new titanium hip.  I am still recovering from the injury.

Just now I was able to reopen this blog after fixing the passwords, and so I can begin posting again.
