U.K. Students Throw Major Temper Tantrum Over Tuition Hikes

Item Needed by Outraged College Students in the U.K.
It's funny how human nature works.  If government gives a lot of "free" goodies to people, they are not overwhelmed with gratitude.  Instead, they are filled with a deep sense of entitlement, and when the mammalia are withdrawn from the baby's mouth, he screams in rage.

Recently, Britain's Parliament increased college student tuition from $5,000 to $15,000.  Britain, like most socialist countries, is broke, and so have undertaken an austerity program.  British college students responded to the increase by rioting in the streets, even attacking an automobile carrying Prince Charles and Camilla, denting its doors.  One student thug jabbed Camilla in the ribs with a stick, through an open window in the car.

This British rioting is reminiscent of the recent French rioting over a government increase in the retirement age from 60 to 62.  Government goodies are addictive and the withdrawal painful.
