The Left's War on Trump Intensifies

The leftist media is intensifying their war on Trump.  Now they are claiming that Trump campaign officials were in constant contact with Russian intelligence.  The object of this fake news is to give credibility to the leftist fantasy that Russian intelligence worked with Trump to sabotage Hillary.

Of course!  The American people were chomping at the bit to vote for the corrupt harpy to ensure many more years of economic stagnation and American demise.  But the magic Russians knew how to enter the minds of the American people to reprogram them to vote for Trump instead.  How devious!  Trump's crime is obvious!

Pathetic.

Ben Carson Gets Reamed by Politico, Politico Gets Reamed by Rush Limbaugh

Everyone knows the major media (and a lot of the minor media) are mere house organs for the Democratic Party.  They report whatever helps their candidates, omit anything that doesn't, and make stuff up about Republicans when they can't find any real dirt.

Politico, a left wing website attempted to smear Ben Carson yesterday, with a very biased and errant article.  In case you haven't, read about it at Rush's site here.

It's good that conservatives are finally fighting back at media bias, which has become quite extreme in the past eight years.  The left is absolutely determined to foist a form of fascism on us, and we on the right are equally determined that they shall not.  What happens when an irresistible force meets an unmovable object?  Whatever it is, it won't be pretty.

There's a lot of discussion this morning about a new NBC poll that shows Americans hate the GOP's guts and want to eradicate the party from the face of the earth.  Frankly, I very much doubt that opinion is that bad.  [Rush Limbaugh has called the poll "bogus."]

If the public really is angry at the GOP, it is terribly misguided.  Democrats and their Marxist leader are the poison that is killing our prosperity and our freedoms.  The GOP, weak and vacillating as it is, is still the best defense against the job-killing policies of the far-left Democrats.  However, since the national media (with the exception of Fox) is owned by the Demo-Marxists, only news that supports Democrats will be broadcast, and news that undermines Democrats will be suppressed.  The public will continue to get a very biased and incomplete account of the political battles now ongoing.

If the country is going down, if the economy is to be permanently ruined, if our freedoms are to be permanently debilitated, then let us go down fighting.  There is no point in holding office without the pursuit of freedom and prosperity.  If the only way we can hold office is to become a carbon copy of the Demo-Marxists, then there is no point in holding office.  Let us instead move on to other strategies:  nullification and secession.

HOWEVER, the first thing we should do is to push back at the Dems and their captive media.  We conservatives need to find a way to be heard, to refute the Democrats, to let the public hear our side of the story.

Mainstream Media On Board to "Pulverize, Delegitimize" the Republican Party

Thomas Lifson at American Thinker discusses the extreme bias of the Legacy Media (also known as the Democrat-Media Complex).  His column today begins:

The radical leftists who have staffed up the legacy media are losing all pretenses of being neutral reporters, and coming out of the closet as rabid partisans lately. It is one thing to openly swoon over Barack Obama at off-the-record events, which keeps the general public out of the loop, while privately reaffirming media solidarity as partisans. But it is quite something else to put one's name on a publication which argues for delegitimizing opposition to the Anointed One.

Slate online magazine advocates the same thing today:  destroy the GOP.  Remove all barriers to the Left's communization of the nation once known as the United States of America.  With victory in sight, the left is impatient to seal the deal, finish the job:  destroy American liberty and replace it with a collectivist tyranny.

This latest development again underscores the deepening divide between right and left in America.  It could have easily been foreseen that it would come to this.  For years the left has had a near monopoly on information and news reporting, and this monopoly has borne fruit, the biggest of which is Barack Obama.

At this point in our history, I do not see an electoral pathway to preserve the liberties bequeathed to us by the Founding Fathers and the Constitution.  It may require another American Revolution or civil war.  Possibly the best alternative is peaceful secession of the various states, forming new associations and new unions based on commonly-held values.

I doubt, however, that the left will allow a peaceful solution.  They are all about power and force.  What you or I want is not a concern to them.  We are mere putty to be molded to their will and vision.
