The Problems With Black People: a Fred Reed Article

Fred Reed isn't always right, but he's right about this:  the chronic problems of black people appear unsolvable and intractable.  Fred writes:

It isn’t working. The racial thing, I mean. The hunting of whites, beatings of whites, calls for attacks on whites. In the age of cell phones, the media can hide only so much.

To avoid admitting that we are seeing a racial insurgency, the media insist that the police are the problem. They are not. Blacks are unmistakably gripped by a powerful racial hatred of white people. If the police were perfect, nothing would change.

There seems to be no solution. The underlying problem that will not go away is that blacks as a race have not shown themselves able to function in a modern society. Degrees and exceptions yes, but the central fact remains. One is not supposed to say this, and would that it were not true, but it is.

Ann Coulter's Book: "Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama"

I have been feeling a bit despondent lately about the Left's destruction of race relations to further their agenda.  Liberals, especially those in the media, seek to stoke the fires of black-white racial hatred, with unbelievably biased, irresponsible reporting.  The police throughout the country are being demonized as never before.  Many are expecting more black riots this summer as a result.

I do believe the Left will destroy the country if that is what it takes to rule it.  Many leftists are now advocating a nationalized police force, one of the noted milestones on the road to Fascism.  The ongoing demonization of local police has this national police force as its goal.   A national police force can enforce whatever tyranny the Federals seek to impose.  Gun confiscation, for example.  Another serious erosion of state sovereignty and local governance.

I am currently reading Ann Coulter's book Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama.  The book was written just before the 2012 presidential elections, but is highly relevant in light of the recent Baltimore riots.

Coulter describes a lot of racial history over the past forty years:  the Tawana Brawley scandal, the Rodney King episode, plus several I hadn't heard of before, like the 1972 Harlem Mosque incident.

Four New York cops were called to Farrakan's Muslim mosque in Harlem.  The officer-in-distress call was fake and a set-up.  The cops entered the mosque and were ambushed in a stairwell.  One cop was shot dead, the others beaten to a pulp.  Unbelievably, the Mayor (liberal fool John Lindsay) and other city officials demanded the cops on the scene, the backup cops, leave the scene without arresting anyone.  The cop killer was later identified by painstaking police work, finally brought to trial, and released by a hung jury (one black woman refused to find him guilty, aided by one white liberal woman). In spite of an eyewitness, a member of the mosque, a second trial resulted in an acquittal, and once again, a guilty black man walked.  He walked because he was black, and his murder victim white.

Mayor Lindsay later apologized to Farrakan for the cops who had "invaded" his mosque.  The mayor did not attend the officer's funeral.  If there is a race war coming, you can be sure the Democrats will be stoking the flames and fighting for the black underclass.

Labeling Republicans and conservatives as "racists" is a key tactic in the Democrats' dirty little war.  In spite of that, we should not self-censor on the question of black racism, crime and violence.  We must not waiver in our support for the police, and our opposition to liberal railroading them in Kangaroo courts.

A black employee of the Department of Homeland Security is a vicious racist who runs a website that promises war on white people.  The Black Bozo is Ayo Kimathi, an acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  His website is "War on the Horizon."  Here's a sample of what WOH is putting out:

It's really difficult to take an idiot like Ayo Kimathi seriously, especially since underclass blacks have been making war on whites for decades, in the form of black-on-white violence, robbery, rape and random murders, many just for sport (see the murder of a white Australian baseball player last week, shot in the back while jogging because the two black perps were "bored.")

Pat Buchanan on Obama's Race Speech

I often disagree with Pat Buchanan. He is not pro-Israel, for one thing. But he seems to hit the nail on the head in this article about Barack Obama's speech on race.

Basically he says, yes, let's have a conversation on race, but let's be sure it is a two-way conversation. We white folks have some grievances too and it's time you black folks heard them.

A Previous Coverup of a Black-on-White Rape & Murder

As I noted below, the recent Knoxville crime is not the first example of a mainstream media coverup of black-on-white crime. In 2000 there was an even more egregious case, the so-called Wichita Massacre. The Wichita-Massacre site says this about the crime, which they call "America's most suppressed massacre":

At about 11 PM on the freezing cold night of December 14, 2000, Reginald Carr, 23, and Jonathan Carr, 20, invaded the home of three young Wichita men who had two female guests. The Carr Brothers forced all of them to strip naked. They beat the men and raped the women.

According to a lone survivor's horrifying pre-trial testimony, after sexually tormenting them, the Carr Brothers took the friends individually to an ATM machine and forced them to withdraw as much cash as possible. Then, the Carr Brothers transported their naked victims to a remote soccer field and forced them to kneel in the snow before shooting them execution-style in the head, and then running them over with a truck.

The four friends who died were: Jason Befort, 26, an Augusta High School science teacher and football coach; Brad Heyka, 27, a director of finance with Koch Financial Services; Heather Muller, 25, a St. Thomas Aquinas pre-school teacher who planned to become a nun; and Aaron Sander, 29, a former Koch employee who had decided to become a priest. The fifth friend, a 25-year-old woman, miraculously survived. To get help, she walked nearly a mile, naked and bleeding from her wounds, through snow and subfreezing temperatures.

The MSM kept silent about the crime and the trial, even though both the perpretrators were sentenced to death in November 2001. Again, quoting the above source:

Court TV originally said they would broadcast the entire trial. Then they "changed their mind" and said they would only broadcast the opening statements of the prosecuting and defense attorneys and the testimony of the survivor--but then they mysteriously "changed their mind" again and only provided a few brief news reports about the trial.

We all know the drill. If you're a "rich" white guy from Duke University and you are falsely accused of a sex crime by a known liar, the MSM will give you a colonoscopy on national television at close range under bright lights. But if you're a black thug who both rapes and murders white people, well hell, that's just not news.

There are good people and bad people in all races, and a single crime doesn't make for a race war. But failure to report the news evenly and fairly tends to demonize one race while giving the other a free pass. And that's just not fair to either race. Crime reporting should not have a political agenda.

Reported crimes can provide all of society with the opportunity for soul-searching and for parents to teach their children about the immorality of such behavior. Further, reporting the death sentences helps them understand the consequences of such crimes and may deter future ones. And finally, it helps to prevent a culture of victimization in which one race feels it is always the persecuted and the other race the persecutor. Telling the truth means telling all of the truth.

Black-on-White Rape and Murder in Knoxville, TN

Michelle Malkin has posted a story of glaring mainstream media hypocrisy today. See her video tale here.

The story involves a young white couple in Knoxville, Tennessee who were allegedly carjacked by four black thugs, who then took them to the thugs' house. There they gang raped the girl and forced her boyfriend to watch. After that, they poured bleach down the throat of the girl to destroy DNA evidence (due to forced oral copulation). Finally, both victims were tortured and murdered. One of them, I'm not sure which, were cut into three pieces and put into garbage bags.

This is not the first time this has happened, e.g., a black-on-white race crime occurs that is particularly heinous, and it is ignored by the national media. The mainstream media (MSM) prints not a word. It's as if the crime never happened at all. I remember a few years ago when two black thugs barged in on a party of white young people. The two white women were raped, then the group of about four whites were taken to a remote spot where they were executed, one by one, with a shot to the back of the head. Only one of the women survived her wounds to tell the tale. The two black perpetrators were tried, convicted and got the death penalty. But the story was never carried by the mainstream press.

Malkin explains: black-on-white crimes do not fulfill the liberal agenda and therefore have no political value to the left. So they are merely ignored.

The MSM has great power in determining what we hear and what we do not hear; they have long been the gatekeepers to information and knowledge. They often slant the news their way, but they are even more effective in censoring that which they do not want you to hear.

Malkin asks, would the story be ignored if the racial roles in this crime were reversed?

Views on Race: the Auster/Horowitz/Mills Debate

This past week or so, Mills, a leftist blogger for the Huffington Post, wrote an article accusing Lawrence Auster of being a racist. David Horowitz defended Auster, but apparently not with any enthusiasm. Auster writes about race in an unvarnished way, not sugar-coating it with P.C. embellishments. I think this makes a lot of people uncomfortable, because the Left will always cry racism when anything negative is written about the black race, whether it is true or not.

As Dinesh D'Souza wrote a decade ago in his book The End of Racism: If it's true, it isn't racism.

Auster argued that black-on-white rape is considerably more prevalent than the other way around. Readers wrote in to say he had misinterpreted the data; the data only dealt with surveyed crime cases, not all. In other words, the data was incomplete and accurate conclusions could not be derived from it.

Maybe that's true, but I suspect the complete crime statistics are out there somewhere. The FBI used to release an annual report of crime statistics by racial groups and it was always quite unflattering to blacks, particularly in the area of violent crime. Maybe I'll poke around and see what I can find.
