Man-Hating British Barrister Emasculates British Lawyer for Praising Her Looks (#Proudman)

Bumpy Nose Barrister Charlotte Proudman
I saw this at The Other McCain:  a law partner in Britain connected on Linked-In with one Charlotte Proudman, a barrister (that's British for "attorney").  The law partner, one Alexander Carter Silk, had both a lapse in judgment and a lapse in taste, and remarked to Proudman that he found her Linked-In photo (see left) "stunning."

Proudman, being one of those aberrants known as feminists, then castigated Silk for his sexism.  Not satisfied with merely emasculating Silk privately, she then tacked his severed penis over her office law degree to be viewed as a grisly trophy by fellow man-hating lesbians (aka "feminists").  I speak figuratively, of course.  In lieu of brandishing a severed penis, she copied and pasted the private conversation on social media to publicly embarrass and shame Mr. Silk.  Not satisfied with that, she registered a formal complaint against him with the British version of the Bar Association.  Proudman was doing all she could to seriously damage a man's professional reputation and career for the crime (and error, IMHO) of finding her pretty.

Now if you were a male lawyer in London, would you wish to professionally associate with Ms. Proudman?  Or link to her on Linked-In, or refer clients to her, or hire her, or work with her in any capacity?  I think not.  Man-hating feminists are like faulty time-bombs, ready and able to blow up in your face when you are least expecting it.  Who needs that?  Better to just give her a wide berth, and I can assure you, many will.  This dumb broad merely shot herself in the foot, all for the moral vanity of playing "victim."  I suspect she hurt her own law career far more than she could ever hurt that of Silk.

As for Mr. Silk, his comment about Proudman's appearance as "stunning" was indeed foolhardy, considering today's hostile work environment for normal people.  However, his main guilt is in his poor taste.  The only thing "stunning" about Proudman's appearance is that huge bump on the side of her nose.  Perhaps she should mate with a pelican.  A gay one, to be sure.

Far-Fetched Feminist Folly

The Other McCain has a post about feminism today.  One quote bears repeating, as it is, IMHO, the absolute crux of what feminism is all about.  He writes:

...feminism is an ideology developed by lesbian Marxists who hate men. Feminist ideology is therefore not about improving relationships between men and women; it’s about teaching women to hate men, so that all women can become Marxist lesbians.
This is a concise but accurate summation of feminist folly. I noted this very same truth back in the late 70's when a female feminist colleague invited me to see a one woman play in San Francisco, about feminist Virginia Woolf.

The small audience was filled with lesbians (me being an exception) who were all members of NOW (the National Organization for Angry Lesbians Women). My earlier impression was that NOW and its feminist followers were a legitimate movement to support women's rights and improve relations between women and men, particularly in the market place. I was quickly disabused of that notion.  The actress and the audience demonstrated an obvious bitterness and a hostility towards men.

I later told my friend that the NOW members seemed to all hate men, or even wanted to be men themselves. They had no more credibility with me. I was faced with the awful truth, that they were a bunch of kooks.

Note:  by "Kooks" I mean a group of people who believe in weird, implausible, illogical or unnatural ideologies or scenarios.  Kooks rarely have anything beneficial to offer mankind.

LENA DUNHAM #Photoshop

I found a great tutorial for easily turning a photo into a drawing that can then be colored.  See it here.

I used a photo of feminist Lena Dunham as my subject -- found her pic at The Other McCain.

It's not that good, but I learned a lot.  This technique works best if you start with a fairly clean photo without a lot of shadows.  Basically, you start by taking the photo and applying the sketch/stamp filter, and adjusting the black and white so that the lines are as clean as possible.  I'll try it again with a more suitable photograph.

The Feminist Conundrum: Or Why Men Can Never Win; The Hypocrisy of #Slutwalk

Robert Stacy McCain Covering the Slutwalk Phenomenon
The Other McCain has some interesting posts on the "Slutwalk" phenomenon.  Slutwalk is where a bunch of young (leftwing of course) women strip to their skivvies and/or bare their breasts, and march to protest rape.  But it's not only rape they are protesting, according to one leftist troll commenter, they are protesting because they are "tired of being shamed for their sexuality, tired of being abused and objectified" as women, and especially they march in opposition to rape.

So in order to suppress rape, they march semi-nude?  Sure that'll work.  The criminals who rape will see these naked babes and feel so ashamed that they will have themselves castrated and then join a monastery with a pledge of celibacy. And what better way to discourage being "objectified" as a sex object than by going naked in public? /sarcasm off

Most men are not rapists (except in the minds of the most ardent feminists, many of whom are man-hating lesbians).  So while most (non-rapist) men may enjoy the view of the semi-naked marchers, the display of girl-flesh will have no discernible effect.  However, for the actual rapists in the crowd, the display may only fuel their desire to commit more rapes.  Therefore I am compelled to state unequivocally that the Slutwalk protesters are flaming hypocrites who are want contradictory goals:  the right to inflame passions while being completely free from the potential consequences thereof.

I suspect that many of these feminist  idiots are really exhibitionists looking for a semi-plausible excuse for displaying their butts and boobs in public; or they are man-hating feminists with penis envy who want to make men suffer by showing them what they cannot have:  booty.  They may not have penises, but they can make mens' penises ache, and that's power, baby.  Maybe so, but as a rape deterrent, its efficacy is questionable.

However, as David Horowitz once noted of leftist political movements, no matter what the stated objective, the real objective is the [communist] revolution.  These dumb broads (most of them, anyway) are not marching to protest rape, they are marching for attention.  With unheard voices their actions cry out:  "Objectify me, goddammit!  Notice me!  Desire me!"  And so they unwittingly assist the left in further eroding whatever civilizational constraints remain to us, like not being subjected to nudity in public places.

Now if the marchers were really interested in deterring rape, they might be marching in support of concealed carry laws, more modest clothing for young women, giving advice on how to avoid dangerous situations, advocating against violence and sex on television, educating young men about proper protocol in dating and relating to women in the workplace, and the legal consequences of date rape, sexual harassment and other sex-related crimes.  However, for those who just want to show off their butts and boobies, these strategies hold little appeal.

Feminisim: Ugly Lesbians Who Hate Men?

She Needn't Worry
Robert Stacy McCain is fighting with a feminist today, who swears that McCain is "a misogynist through and through."  There is nothing in McCain's blog that would support the fiction that he is a woman-hater, but facts don't matter to the political-fringe group known as feminists.

The truth is largely this:  feminists hate men and seek to make it mutual.  Their constant clamor about misogyny is just so much psychological projection, a transfer of their own attitudes onto the opposite gender whom they despise.

Years ago, early in my career, I was invited by a female colleague to see a one-woman play in San Francisco about Virgina Woolf.  Woolf is a feminist icon and author who committed suicide sometime around the beginning of World War II.  I was young and very naive.  I figured that feminism must have legitimate complaints about, and solutions to, unfair discrimination against women.  However, the NOW members who attended this one-woman play were generally lesbians who hated men, and that became obvious to me by the end of the play.  From that day forth I discounted feminism and wished nothing more to do with it.
