Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the Federal government keeps a lists of thoughtcriminals (persons known to possess "contraband" such as Confederate flags and memorabilia, anti-government/anti-tax literature, membership in fringe political groups, conspiratorial films and works etc.) to be arrested or disappeared/killed in the event due process was suspended. That would finally explain why they're so desperate silence someone like Edward Snowden for blowing the whistle on domestic spying.
Wiz, I wouldn't be surprised either if there are such lists. I'd be more surprised to learn there aren't. Don't worry about Walter Williams, he has tenure as a professor and is very difficult to fire. Further, his pro-secession views have been known for some time.
