Sexual Accusations Against Kavanaugh Debunked

Brett Kavanaugh, nominee for justice of the Supreme Court, is under an energetic attack by the Democratic Party.  The Dems have relied on their go-to strategy, which is to accuse the Republican target of sexual aggression against women, and the more embarrassing the accusation, the better.

There have been two accusations against Kavanaugh that have served to delay a vote on his confirmation to the court.  These accusations have been thoroughly vetted and analyzed on Twitter, and both are weak and dubious.  Here's why:

I.  Christine Blasey Ford, a leftwing activist and professor of psychology, claimed that Kavanaugh accosted her at a party in 1982, when he was 17 and she was 15.  She said he pushed her onto a bed, groped her, and tried to remove her clothing.  Ford could not provide any authenticating details to her tale, like the month, the location, how she got to the party and how she got home after it was over.  There is a good reason why a liar would omit any such details:  they could be used against her, to refute her story.  Indeed, Kavanaugh demonstrated this by coming up with his 1982 social calendars, none of which document any party as described by Ford.

Ford's story has fallen apart this week, as four people that she listed as witnesses, denied that such a party happened, that they saw Kavanaugh there, or that they subsequently heard about the alleged attack through the grapevine.  Ford claims that she told no one about the attack, not her parents, not the police, not school officials, not any of her friends.  She only "remembered" the incident after going to a psychiatrist in 2012 where she learned that she had repressed the traumatic event.  Kavanaugh's name was not mentioned nor recorded in the psychiatrist's notes.

Ford has refused to testify under oath that this attack actually occurred, and her attorneys have tried to impose absurd conditions on any such testimony.  This appears to be because she is afraid of a perjury charge, a consciousness of her own falsity in the charges.  She has tentatively agreed to testify this coming Thursday, but only if the conditions of her testimony are negotiated in her favor.  My take:  she will not testify and will withdraw at the last moment.




Summary:  Why Ford is not believable:

1.  All four people identified by Ford as witnesses have denied any knowledge of the alleged event;
2.  Witnesses have described Kavanaugh as a very ethical person, and that such behavior would have been totally out of character for him.
3.  Ford has provided no authenticating details that would corroborate her tale.
4.  Ford is a far-left, pro-abortion activist whose political activities reveal an anti-Trump bias.
5.  Ford has an animus against the Kavanaugh family because Kavanaugh's mother was the judge in the bankruptcy of Ford's parents, where the parents lost their house.
6.  Ford has resisted or refused all opportunity to testify and be interviewed by the Justice Committee, an apparent consciousness of her own potential perjury.

II.  Deborah Ramirez, Yale Student With Kavanaugh
After Christine Ford's accusation fell apart, the Democrats came up with a new woman willing to make apocryphal allegations against Kavanaugh.  A woman named Deborah Ramirez came forward to announce that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a Yale party in Kav's freshman year.  However, she admitted that she was very drunk and not sure that the culprit was actually Kavanaugh and it might have been someone else.  However, after six days of coaching from her attorneys, she was able to clarify her "memory" (imagination?) and Voila!  It was indeed Kavanaugh.

Ramirez reached out to her former Yale pals and classmates to corroborate her accusations.  Howefver, they did not corroborate her, they refuted her.  It didn't happen.  No one witnessed such an event, nor did they hear anything about it afterwards.  Her Yale pals even stated that if it had happened, they surely would have heard about it, and further, such behavior would be totally inconsistent with everything they knew about Kavanaugh.  Some of them wrote the statement below, posted on Twitter, and it does not corroborate Ramirez at all.





























Ramirez's story was turned down by the New York Times, and the Washington Post, because they saw the story as too weak and uncorroborated to publish.  The Times interviewed several of Ramirez's Yale friends and were unable to find any willing to confirm Ramirez's claim.  Only the execrable New Yorker ran with the story.  As David Horowitz noted on Twitter, the New York Times has low standards, but the New Yorker has none at all.

Summary:  Why Ramirez is not believable:

1.  Ramirez has no corroborating testimony of witnesses; in fact, potential witnesses deny the incident even happened.
2.  Former Yale students have described Kavanaugh as a very ethical person, and that such behavior would have been totally out of character for him.
3.  Ramirez admits she was stinking drunk at the party, has gaps in her memory from it, and could be mistaken about the incident.  (Her "I was drunk" story also serves to protect her from a perjury charge.  If anything she said is disproved, it is not because she lied, it is because she "misremembered.")
4.  Major liberal newspapers refused to run the story due to a lack of corroborating witnesses or other evidence.

Overall Conclusions:  Liberal activists who have made accusations against Kavanaugh are lying and are not to be believed.

The leftist Democrats are in all-out attack mode, determined to destroy Trump's presidency by any means necessary.  They created a huge lie, that Trump won the election over Hillary because his campaign colluded with the Russians somehow.  A special investigator has been appointed to continue looking into the charges, already several weeks old with not a shred of evidence.  However, whether it is true or not doesn't matter.  The Dirty Dems seek to create an impression in the minds of the public through insinuation.  The media is onboard, reporting the "investigation" as if there were any truth to it, and support the Big Lie with images such as that of Time Magazine on the left, which shows the White House merging with the Kremlin.  Sick!

Meanwhile, fake turncoat Republicans like John McCain are lending their voices in support, while despicable Democrats like Maxine Waters and Al Green publicly call for impeachment of Trump -- for what?  He has committed no "high crimes and misdemeanors."

The Dims have long practiced the "politics of personal destruction," ruining reputations with falsehood, innuendo and rumor.  Even though their target may be completely innocent, the idea is to create enough doubt in the minds of voters to give the Dimocrat candidates the edge.  Other observers have called the current Democrat pogrom a "soft coup d'etat."  The Democrats seek to ruin a president based on slanderous fabrications.  I almost wish for a new Civil War.

In other fronts, a domestic Democrat terrorist group called "Antifa" is showing up at all Republican and conservative political events to beat up, harass and injure the Republican participants.  Antifa likes to carry signs that say "Fuck Off Nazi Scum!"  So we are now Nazis, because they say so.

This is similar to the recent unhinged attacks on Confederate monuments in New Orleans, where the monuments are described as "monuments to white supremacy and oppression."  Any who support the monuments are, of course, "racists."  The baby-faced, bald Marxist Mayor Mitch Landrieu has been removing these monuments in the face of strong opposition, even sending workers in bullet proof vests, helmets and masks, to dismantle the monuments.  This, while a SWAT team overlooks the destruction with loaded rifles.  A more blatant example of leftist fascism is hard to imagine -- crushing the will of the people by brute force, and with total disregard to their feelings or opinions.

Civil War Anyone?

The New York Times and Barack Obama are still pushing the Russians-Stole-The-Election meme.  Democrats and RINO Republicans like John McCain are calling for an investigation of Russian hacking that delivered the election to Donald Trump and stole it from Hillary Clinton.  Obama has promised to share that information with the members of the electoral college before they vote.

It's obvious that the dirty Dems are attempting a desperate move with this, their latest hoax.  Give the electors an excuse to vote for Hillary instead of the candidate chosen by the voters.  Even if it doesn't work, the fraud will still serve to delegitimize Trump's election.

The Dems operate under the assumption that "politics is war by other means."  Their latest campaign is to steal the election from Trump and award it to Hillary.  They should take care that their nefarious schemes do not segue into a new civil war.  

2016 Presidential Election: What's Really Going On?

Rush Limbaugh todays said he didn't really know what's going on with this election.  There are conflicting phenomena that lead to two different conclusions:  Hillary's victory, or Donald's?

Consider the following:
1. There are the polls, some of which show Trump ahead, others that show Hillary ahead.  The RCP poll average puts Hillary ahead by 5 points or more; however, the average is skewed by the ABC poll, which shows Hillary ahead by 10 points, a preposterous number.  Oversampled Democrats, perhaps?

2. Trump's political rallies show large crowds of enthusiastic supporters, where Hillary's show small crowds.  Adrienne at Adrienne's Corner said 50,000 people logged on to see Trump's Gettysburg speech, whereas only 900 logged on to see a same-day rally for Hillary.

3.  Texas is said to be "in play," with Trump leading by only a small amount. This is very hard to believe, since Texans generally hate everything Hillary stands for:  abortion, high taxes, unlimited immigration, etc.  Rigged polls, perhaps?

4.  Wikeleaks continues to reveal dirty tricks and illegalities by the Democrat National Committee on behalf of Hillary.  One of their revelations was a DNC document that recommended using false polls to overstate Hillary's "lead," thereby discouraging and depressing the Trump vote.  The same document also advocated acting as if the election were already won for Hillary, to accomplish the same goal.  [Source:  Gateway Pundit]

5.  Never-Trump RINOs like Jonah Goldberg and his ilk continue to propagandize for Hillary by opining that Trump has no chance of winning, and by highlighting every item of bad news for Trump, all while insulting and denigrating Trump personally as well.  With traitors like these, who needs Democrats?

Conclusions:  Anything can happen.  Dirty tricks and voter fraud will help Hillary's efforts, but the more reliable polls are close, with Donald ahead in 8 of the RCP polls, and Hillary ahead in only 6 of them.  Trump supporters are far more motivated, and many of Hillary's supporters may stay home on election day.  Trump can win.  Don't give up, get discouraged, or believe the Hillary hype.  Go to the polls on November 8 and vote for Donald Trump!

Massive Corruption by Democrats Makes 2016 Election the Dirtiest Ever

In the last two or three days, a lot of information has come to light on the extreme corruption of the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.  Here are a few tidbits for your consideration.

1.  The Obama State Department encouraged the FBI to declassify some of the classified emails on Clinton's private email server.  There was an attempt to bribe the FBI to change the classification of a Benghazi document to help Clinton lie about it, and falsely exonerate Hillary of illegal email use.

2.  James O'Keefe's Project Veritas surreptitiously recorded Democrat officials admitting that the DNC sought to disrupt Trump rallies through the use of violence.  Homeless people were cleaned up, bussed to the events, and encouraged to start fights and set fires.  The DNC also organized and planned the blocking of  traffic in Arizona to prevent people from attending a Trump rally there.  Two Trump rallies, one in Chicago and another in Minneapolis, were cancelled due to the threats of Democrat violence.  Trump rally attendees in San Jose, California were beaten up or egged.  Recently, in Maine, cars of Trump rally attendees were vandalized with spray paint.

3.  Massive voter fraud is in the works.  Thousands of ballots for Hillary were found in a warehouse in Ohio, and voter fraud investigations are underway in Texas, Indiana and elsewhere.

4.  The Democrat media refuses to cover damaging disclosures revealed by WikiLeaks, and John Kerry got Julian Assange's internet access turned off so WikiLeaks could not reveal any more emails or documents that are embarrassing to the DNC.

The intensity of Democrat malfeasance has never been this high.  If Hillary is so far ahead and expected to be the sure winner, why is such criminality necessary?  Perhaps the race is closer than that we have been told.

Republican Headquarters Fire-Bombed in North Carolina

The expression "Politics is war by other means" is apparently literally true now.  Democrats fire-bombed a Republican Headquarters in North Carolina today.  In another, separate incident, Democrats vandalized 20 cars outside of a Trump rally in Maine,  The cars were spray-painted.

Democrats are thugs.  Well actually, only about 97% of Democrats are thugs, yet they make a bad name for the whole party.

Democrat Media Launches Final Assault; Disseminating Bogus Bimbo Tales of Trump

Although it is very dirty pool, the Democrat major media always uses the same rotten trick to disparage Republican candidates.  They come up with various women who state that they were groped by the Republican candidate.  They did it to Arnold Schwarzenegger, when he ran for governor of California; they did it to Herman Cain when he was a candidate for president.  Today it is Donald Trump's turn.  Today the New York Times has revealed the claims of at least two women that Trump either came on to them, or groped them -- one of the claims is from 30 years ago.

Trump is denying the claims of these Democrat women and threatening to sue them and the New York Times for slander.

I am neither shocked nor outraged by the NY Slimes bimbo tales, because the tactic is so overused and predictable.  Don't buy it.

Rush today is claiming that a lot of the polls are false and designed to discourage and depress the Republican vote.  Don't let those polls discourage you either.  Rasmussen today shows Trump up over Hillary by 43% to 41%.  Trump has a good chance for winning this, and that is why the NY Slimes has now resorted to desperation moves.

Mike Pence Denies Any Plans to Leave the Trump Ticket; Expresses Support for Trump

On Fox & Friends, Gov. Mike Pence shot down reports that he was considering leaving the Republican presidential ticket and said Donald J. Trump "stepped up and won a debate last night that seemed to be against all odds."

There are a lot of lies coming out of Democrat websites.  One of these was that Mike Pence, the Republican VP candidate, was so outraged over the sex talk tape, that he was planning to leave the Trump ticket.   The story is false.

Another lie is that the Republican higher-ups are meeting secretly to replace Trump with another candidate.  This too is untrue.

We are being barraged with outrageous rumors and lies in order to demoralize us and keep us away from the polls.  Don't fall for it.

Trump Supporters: FIGHT LIKE HELL Before November 8!

I have never seen any political candidate in my long life treated as badly as Donald Trump.  The left is at war with with all who oppose their globalization of socialism.  This election has become a pitched battle for the soul and future of America, and the leftist, liberals and Democrats are all in to win at any and all costs.

The Democrats' long-time policy has been to dig up dirt on Republican candidates and reveal it as an "October Surprise," in order to dissuade voters from voting for the Republican.  They did it during Bill Clinton's era, when they brought in porn magazine publisher Larry Flynt, who offered reward money to anyone who might out Republican candidates who may have had affairs.  He was somewhat successful as I recall, leading one Republican Congressman, Bob Livingston, to resign his seat.  Livingston was the leading candidate at that time for Speaker of the House, and his resignation helped save Bill Clinton from impeachment conviction.

Other Democrat attempts to undermine Republicans include Arnold Schwarzenegger, who had several women come forward just before the California gubernatorial election, claiming they had been groped by Schwarzenegger.  Schwarzenegger won anyway.

Newt Gingrich was taken to task for divorcing his wife while she had cancer, to marry another.

Of course, the Dims never had any complaints about the mistresses of FDR, John F. Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, and serial adulterer and rapist, Bill Clinton.

So should we care about Trump's sex talk in 2005?  NO.  It is irrelevant and a glaring example of the double standard of the Democrat mainstream press.

No matter how many RINO Republicans abandon Trump, we the people should not.  If we are going down in this election, so be it.  But let us FIGHT LIKE HELL to win the election for Trump.  Vote, don't sit out the election, and pressure your friends and relatives to do the same.

Here is Donald Trump's statement on his eleven-year old remarks about women.  He notes that Bill Clinton was a sexual abuser of women and that Hillary intimidated and shamed Bill's women victims.

Washington Post's October Surprise

An eleven-year old tape of Trump bantering about sexy women has been found and released by the Washington Post.  How relevant is this peccadillo, really, to Trump's ability to lead the nation as president? None at all.  It is more dirty pool by the Democrat media in support of their fellow far-leftist and candidate.

The audio was made when Trump was talking with another man at some public event, not realizing that his microphone was still on, and being recorded.

Of course, the Democrat media is saying that this is the end of Trump's candidacy, and cuckservatives like Reince Priebus and Paul Ryan are joining their fellow liberals in denouncing Trump.  Trump's candidacy has been continually attacked by both Democrats and Republicans, ever since he won the primaries.  It will be difficult for Trump to win now.  One thing is for sure, however, is that for me, the GOP is dead.  Give me another party (not the idiotic libertarians) and I will change my registration immediately.

In the remaining two debates, Trump really must aggressively attack Hillary for being the manager of her husband's "bimbo eruptions," i.e. by hiding Bill's many extra-marital affairs while running for office.  Not only did she try to hide Bill's sexual predation against other women, she intimidated and threatened the other women in order to shut them up.

If you're going to lose, Donald, go down fighting like a bastard.

Two Democrat Post-Midterm Strategies: False and Destructive, As Always

The Democrats are seeking to regain political traction after their historic losses in the recent midterm elections.  Two memes are becoming obvious.

One meme is that, omigod, the CIA tortured Islamic terrorists during the Bush Administration.  They fed Ensure to one poor wretch, whose only crime was that he masterminded the 9/11 attacks on New York and the Pentagon.  What horrible torture!  Oh yes, they even waterboarded him and two others.  Shame, shame!

Today they are having congressional hearings about these terrible crimes.  Diane Feinstein is faking outrage at such inhospitable treatment of these poor genocidal terrorists.

What's the purpose of this meme?  To sow shame among Americans and indirectly slam Republicans, since Bush was in power when these horrible sins happened.  Feinstein and Co aren't seeking to apologize to the world for Americans in general, they are seeking to apologize for Republican rule.

The other meme is that blacks are being slaughtered in the streets by racist white cops.  This meme is not only false, it is destructive of social peace, and may help to incite the race war some have warned about.  The latest example is that of idiots wearing T-Shirts that read "I Can't Breathe," referencing the death of Eric Garner who died after being put in a chokehold by police.  Garner's death was tragic, and may have been the result of police error or even incompetence, but it certainly wasn't racially motivated in any way.

Some radical black leaders have promised massive demonstrations all across the US to protest this mythical racism.  If they can make a pretense of civil unrest, they may scare the public into restoring the Democrat Socialists to power.

The real reason for this new "racist" meme is simple:  to keep blacks on the Democrat plantation, which has been increasingly difficult as many realize that Obama's presidency has hurt them badly.

Thomas Sowell Explains Obama's Strategy in Defusing Benghazi-Gate

Thomas Sowell has described a new political stratagem employed by the Democrats to take the steam out of controversies like Benghazi.  He calls it "cooling out" the voters.  Scam artists use the same technique on those that they defraud.  It involves creating plausible deniability, blurring the facts to confuse the victim as to whether he has been defrauded, thus delaying him from going to the police.  The delay is important, as it allows the fraudster to escape before any action can be taken.

Obama used the "cooling out" strategy in defusing public outrage over Benghazi.  Obama offered a plausible (but knowingly false) scenario to deflect deserved blame away from himself.  That scenario was to miscast the terrorist attack on our embassy to be a spontaneous protest over a YouTube video that just got out of hand.  Then allow the truth to come out slowly, when it will have a lesser impact on public opinion.

Clever, these Democrats.  They have transformed unethical and dishonest behavior into a fine art form.

Sleazy Gloria Allred Seeks "October Surprise" to Derail Romney

Gloria Allred is an attorney who is forever trying to derail Republicans in their quest for higher office.  She generally does this by disclosing some embarrassing incident from the Republican's past, shortly before the election to deny her victim a chance to rebut or respond.

The rumor is that she will be in court tomorrow to ask a judge to revoke a gag order on a long-ago case in which Romney testified.  The revocation will allow those involved in the case to discuss Romney's part in the case, which presumably will be used to denigrate Romney's character or judgment.

Obama did this same thing to one of his early political opponents, when seeking office as a senator.  His lawyers were able to remove a gag order in his opponent's divorce case, allowing Obama to reveal embarrassing (but irrelevant) facts about the opponent.

The "October Surprise" is a long-time Democrat stratagem, employing unethical means to sway an election.  But when you've got nothing worthwhile on which to run, perhaps you can embarrass your opponent or smear him or her sufficiently to sway the election.  Gloria Allred is an Obama supporter and doctrinaire Democrat who will resort to such dirty tactics to win at all costs.  She is the epitome of the ambulance-chasing shrew.

I wonder what embarrassing facts exist in her background?  We are all human and we all make mistakes, and any good lawyer is an expert in attacking the character of a courtroom opponent with spin, distortion, exaggeration and out-and-out lies.  Such an attorney could make Mother Teresa seem like a crack whore, and yes, it's one of the reasons lawyers are widely hated in America.

In any case, someone with the capability should do a thorough search of Allred's background to let her know how it feels.  Maybe there's a drug arrest or DUI, or lesbian affair or traffic ticket, or censure by the Bar in her past.  Maybe we can find the guy who deflowered Allred and have him relate the experience in excruciating detail, or a plaintiff who won a civil case against Allred and have him or her explain Allred's behavior that led to the suit, or her college buddies who smoked pot with her before attending a male stripper bar.  The possibilities are endless.  Let's work on it.

CNN Poll Shows Obama Leading Romney 86% to 12%, with 2% Undecided

A number of conservative pundits, including Rush Limbaugh, are saying the latest poll results are merely psyops made to discourage conservative voters.  Take for example, the CNN Poll out today that shows Obama leading Romney 86% to 12%.  Whoops, I see that they have now revised that estimate downward, now saying that Obama leads by only six points, 52% to 46%.  The CNN poll, according to John Hinderaker at Power Line, oversampled Democrats and included NO [only 5%] independents, who are breaking for Romney by a lead of 14 points.

Rush says the pollsters won't begin releasing accurate polls until two weeks before the election, in order to retain some semblance of a reputation.  If then!  He asserts that right now the pollsters are trying to create a "self-fulfilling prophecy" with dishonest polls.

Meanwhile, we learn that the Democrats outraised Republican donations in August, $114,000,000 to only $25.16 for Republicans (or something like that).  R.S. McCain doubts the accuracy of this report, believing it is merely more psyops -- mind games to make the public think there is a massive ground swell for Obama, create a band wagon effect, make Obama's re-election seem inevitable, and depress Republican donations, morale and votes.  It's dirty pool, but so typically Democrat.

UPDATE:  Breitbart analyzes the CNN poll and concludes that CNN "had its thumb on the scale," producing a dubious but desired result.

Media "Fact Checkers" Mostly Biased, Left-Wing Shills

Ann Coulter once wrote about liberal  bias in the news media.  She pointed out how the major networks have so-called "experts" ready to attack any Republican policies or initiatives or arguments with so-called "expert" opinions.  Contrary opinions by other experts are generally not presented.

Using computer search software, Lexus-Nexus, she found that the same "experts" are quoted over and over, from one controversy to another.  The ruse wasn't confined to "experts," but also to the opinion of the common "man on the street."  One "common man on the street" was quoted several times in several different news stories.  Hardly a random choice, the man was someone whose liberal opinion could  be counted on.

It was obvious that the mainstream media are biased and attempt to present a false picture of objectivity in any controversy.  The truth is, they are utterly biased, left-wing shills.  Their object is not to present facts, but to influence public opinion leftward, by any mean necessary.

Today we learn that the so-called "Fact Checkers" in the political campaign of 2012 are again, fake, false and phony.  John Nolte at Breitbart gives this background in his expose of the phony "fact-checkers":

All throughout 2008, I watched as Obama's Media Palace Guards at Politifact, CNN, the Washington Post, and elsewhere, did everything in their corrupt power to blunt criticism of Obama by, at best, spouting their left-wing version of the truth and, at worst, outright lying.

Happily, Mitt Romney isn't so easily manipulated as was the compliant and ineffective John McCain.  False "facts" by the liberal shills in media will not influence his stated opinions nor blunt his attack on Obama's record.  Read it all here.

Like Brett Kimberlin, Rauhauser’s enemies are people who try to expose him, have an opposing political point of view, or disagree with him.

Nancy Pelosi Threatens to Unveil New Scandal for Newt Gingrich (Photoshop)

Nancy Pelosi has stated that "Newt Gingrich will never be President -- there is something I know."  What hidden scandal does Pelosi refer to?  What horrible skeleton still hides in Newt's closet?  The mind can't help but conjure up nightmares (like the one pictured below) as to what this new revelation will be.  Was Newt in bed with the Democrats again?  Say it ain't so, Newt, say it ain't so!

Ethics Charges Against Gingrich Were a Democrat Sham

Back in 1994, the Democrats were very angry at Newt Gingrich for engineering the Republican take-down that year, resulting in large Republican majorities for the first time in many years.  The Dems do what Dems do best, namely, dirty politics.  A phone ethics charge was lodged against Gingrich, for which Gingrich was ultimately exonerated...but not before the Democrat media machine has broadcast the phony charges far and wide.   The facts of Newt's exoneration were not so enthusiastically reported, often buried in the back pages of major newspapers.
