The Democrats' sweeping legislation on health care moves closer to passage. Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska was the last hold-out, but was sufficiently bribed (legally, I mean) to vote for the bill. The Democrats now have the 60 senate votes needed to pass the bill. And they will pass it, over the objections of a majority of Americans who don't want Obamacare (51% vs 39% who do).
At this point conservatives should worry less about kicking the Democrats out in 2010 than in how to either nullify the Democrats' new socialist laws or secede from the union.
It's time.
