OMGosh! Don't remind me of the time we actually did steal a tree. We had just moved to Sedona and were renting a house in a very upscale gated community. Most of the lots were not built on yet and probably were only purchased for an investment to be resold. Anyhoo, a lot a few over from us had the most gorgeous tree. We whacked it down in the middle of the night and dragged it home. It was HUGE! Surprised we didn't bust a gut hauling it in the house. Doubt it was even missed - at least I hope not.
