Confederate Soldiers Are U.S. Veterans, by an Act of Congress: Desecration of Their Graves is Therefore a Felony

Here's an interesting article from the Washington Weekly News:  Confederate soldiers and marines were officially made equal to U.S. Veterans by an act of Congress in 1957.  Desecration of their graves (and possibly their monuments and memorials) is therefore a felony.  Tell that to the Memphis City Council who has voted to remove the grave and monument of Nathan Bedford Forrest.

It is time to frog-march SC Governor Nikki Haley to the hoosegow?  I'd love to see that.

Another thought:  once the men with shovels show up at Forrest's grave, we can place them all under citizen's arrest.  Then proceed to the City Council meeting where we will do the same to the members.

Here's the article: LIBERALS DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW THIS ABOUT THE CONFEDERATES

Aha!

Why am I surprised at this information? I shouldn't be.

There is so much obfuscation going on that it's mind-boggling.
