Some Unpleasant Facts About Abraham Lincoln (YouTube Video)

Abraham Lincoln is today the center of a personality cult. He is revered as an almost god-like figure, the hero who saved the Union and freed the slaves. However, there is an alternative view that we believe is far closer to the historical truths:

1. That Lincoln detested the black race;
2. That Lincoln's overriding political goal was to increase federal power over every county, territory, region and state, i.e., to replace local governmental controls with the iron grip of a strong central government.
3. That Lincoln's administration was the most lawless and most unconstitutional in American history. His presidency was little more than a reign of terror.
