Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the Federal government keeps a lists of thoughtcriminals (persons known to possess "contraband" such as Confederate flags and memorabilia, anti-government/anti-tax literature, membership in fringe political groups, conspiratorial films and works etc.) to be arrested or disappeared/killed in the event due process was suspended. That would finally explain why they're so desperate silence someone like Edward Snowden for blowing the whistle on domestic spying.

Don't worry about Walter Williams, he has tenure as a professor and is very difficult to fire. Further, his pro-secession views have been known for some time.; 6/28/2015 7:38 AM
