I have read the opinions from a couple of lawyers, one at Legal Insurrection and the other at Powerline, that Pence does not have the Constitutional authority to reject any electoral votes, no matter how fraudulent. We are heading into a Biden forced presidency. The only possible solution would probably be Trump activating the Insurrection Act and, declaring martial law and forcefully reversing the fake election.
Would I support such a solution? You betcha.
