Better Raindrops on Glass Effect -- AND I Made It Myself (Photoshop)

I really wasn't satisfied with Photoshop tutorials for making rain on windows, that I found on web. The drops just looked icky, not realistic, not shaped like real raindrops. I finally found one that does a very nice job of producing realistic raindrops, and I used it in the picture directly below.  (See the tutorial at this link.)

This one, I think is substantially better than some of my earlier efforts; however, it involves making the drops one at a time, which is inefficient.
